The "Mark all read" button either set all messages as read, or if a
domain is given, filter messages on it.
But this filtering is also dependent on not doing sudo so odd
notification to which we would somehow not have any access would never
disappear in the unread number.
Adding a sudo is risky, so this changeset just modify the test on domain
since in most instance the domain is just an empty list (so: []).
The added test before this change would fail at the last assert ("mark
all read should conclude all needactions even inacessible ones").

Before this rev., the default filters were ignored in Discuss. The
SearchView was instantiated and correctly retrieved the default
filters. However, a first manual 'do_search' needs to be done by
the client action for the search view to provide the domain, and
for Discuss to correctly filter the messages.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- In Discuss (e.g. in Inbox), add to Favorites a given search,
and tick 'Use by default'
- Leave Discuss, and then go back: the default filter correctly
appears in the search view, but the messages aren't filtered.
SAP sends out emails that only contain a PDF part, without a text or
html body, e.g.:
X-Mailer: SAP NetWeaver 751
Content-Type: application/pdf; name="Afleveringsbewijs.pdf"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Description: Afleveringsbewijs
Before this patch, this single non-text part was parsed into the body of
the final message, as if it was a text part.
Making the check for the main part more restrictive solves the issue, as
there is no reason to assume that a non-multipart content is
necessarily of text/* type. This PR also includes a regression test.

Before this commit, when starting a livechat session as a public user and continuing as a portal user, the conversation was lost
(the poral user couldn't see previous messages posted as a public user)
After this commit, the conversation is kept and security insured by the uuid in the cookie

- Set your timezone in Brasil
- Install the Maintenance module
- Create a Maintenance Request, set the Requested Date to 2017-06-15
- Save
In the chatter, the track fields message shows a Requested Date of
2017-06-14.
This can actually happen with any date tracked. The issue comes from the
web client: it converts the date in UTC, which should of course not be
done. This only applies for a datetime, not for a date.

The many2many_tags_email's internal value change logic fails to process
all its values. It is not concurrency proof either.
The internal value change logic is now replaced by a mutex and deferreds
are used for the partner's form view popups in order to allow concurrent
events.
The former URL took way too many steps to resolve
`www.odoo.com(odoo-odoo-odoo)`, more than 1 minute
according to the case, and it stucked the web client
(the entire browser actually),
and it ended matching the whole sentence as a link,
included `(odoo-odoo-odoo)`
This new regex is much simpler, resolve the above case,
and does not match `odoo-odoo-odoo` as part of the link
