Julien Castiaux fd03786c2a [FIX] project: useless project chatter on portal 
On the portal, in "/my/projects/x" it is possible to send messages in the
"Message and communication history" section. Those messages are attached
to the project model but it is not possible to access those messages
from the backend. The chatter on the project model is just a dummy
chatter with no message/thread capacities.

As messages are not accessible from the backend, the frontend section is
pretty useless. The section is no more present on v12 either.

Toufik Benjaa 5a7a06a71b [FIX] project: Access rights issue on /my/tasks 
- Portal users do not have the rights to read on project.project.
  This causes issues on the page "/my/tasks" as it is trying to read the label_tasks and the name of the tasks' project.

  To address this issue we read those two fields using sudo

If `description` contains an image, the loading time of the kanban view
can be rather long. Since the field is not even used in the view, it can
be removed.

In JS, the groupBy attribute is a list of strings

The default_group_by key that is sometimes present in the XML views
gets converted to a list at somepoint.

Before this commit, the task action couldn't be used in the app Dashboard
