Before this commit, all url of channel were using `web.base.url` instead of the
current website domain.

The override of `get_base_url` method should not be forward ported after
saas-12.4 as since saas-12.5 it is now a model method (f727cd2645).

The regexp used to get the youtube video id from its url is broken in
multiple ways.
If the video ID starts with the letter 'v' in the short (youtu.be) url
then the url is considered invalid. i.e. https://youtu.be/vmhB-pt7EfA
If the query option `v=<video id>` is not the first option of the query
in the regular url (youtube.com/watch) then the url is also considered
invalid. i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=vmhB-pt7EfA
The problem has been solved by replacing the over-engineered regexp by
the dedicated parsing tools of `urllib.parse`.

Before this commit and since 2f7c03d9ca, the admin user has not ID=1
anymore.
Thus, some old condition were not doing what they were expected to.
Firstly, the admin was not considered as such on the forum, and if its karma
points were not high enough, it would not be possible to do anything for the
admin. Note that it was fixed in saas-12.1 with 1dac413130
Secondly, some _search functions would not return a truthy value anymore.

Probably due to the migration to bootstrap 4, the active tab panel in the 'slide_detail_view' was not displayed
on page loading (and only when switching back and forth in the tabs).

Before this commit, when changing the website field in a record form view,
the is_published field would be force to false, ending unpublishing the record
if it was published.
That behavior was coming from the fact that is_published field is missing from
the form view. Thus, onchange on website is triggering a recompute server side
without is_published as the JS framework is not sending the field.
The ORM is then fallbacking on default Boolean value (False) for is_published
when sending back the onchange result.
This would only appear on object with 'website.published.multi.mixin' and with
website_id in the form view.
