Before this commit, the suggested products section on a printed SO always showed
the discount, even if it was 0.0
After this commit, we display discounts only if they are different from 0.0

The quality of the Spanish (Argentina) translations is very poor.
Remove them all and will start from scratch, translating only when needed.
Stable version of 65a589eb54 (reverted
at 935043dda1) that doesn't cause the
following errors:

sale_payment
on existing databases without sale_payment installed.
A downside of this approach is that sale_payment can be uninstalled
without uninstalling website_quote. Adding an uninstall_hook to
sale_payment could solve that, but it wouldn't warn the user
website_quote would be removed in the "Uninstall module"
wizard. Keeping in mind this is only a temporary hack for stable,
keeping sale_payment installed in this case shouldn't cause any
issues.

When creating a db with only website_quote and payment_paypal you end
up with:
AttributeError: 'payment.transaction' object has no attribute '_check_or_create_sale_tx'
when clicking on 'Pay & Confirm' in an online quote.
This is because various controller methods in website_quote use this
method and it is defined by the sale_payment module.

The comment "Note that once a Quotation becomes a Sales Order, it will be moved from
the Quotations list to the Sales Order list" isoutdated since 10.0 - sales
orders are also visible in the quotation list.
- When a quotation if viewed by a customer, a note is posted in the quotation's chatter saying "Quotation viewed by customer".
This is causes issues if the quotation is accessed without the access token and by a partner that do not have the rights to write on the model "sale.order".
To address this issue we provide to the "_message_post_helper" function the sale order's access token to bypass the accesses checks.

Before this commit, the field validity_date was missing from the
default quotation report. Historically this field was added in
module website_quote but it was then moved to sale in

The modification on the quotation report related to validity_date
were missed at that time.
This commit adds validity_date to the default quotation report.
- The module 'website_quote' inherit the CustomerPortal class defined in 'portal/controllers/portal.py'.
It does this to override a single method, namely 'portal_order_page'.
The issue here is that 'portal_order_page' is not defined in the module portal, but in sale.
This causes random issues where the inheritance was not done in the correct order.
Which means the original portal_order_page was sometimes called before its child.
Calling the original portal_order_page first means the child is never called.
This commit change the imported CustomerPortal class to the one defined in the module sale.
- Create 2 SO for the same customer
- Send them
- As the customer, click on 'Accept and sign online' for both quotes.
The message 'Quotation viewed by customer' is only posted on the first
quote.

a quotation was created through the website shop and where the default quote's
template's require payment should be transmitted to the quote.
