Nicolas Martinelli ea8d52a460 [IMP] mrp: warning message if unique serial numbers 
When consuming products tracked by unique serial number, no check is
done on the quantity consumed for a given serial number. It means that
negative quants might be created without any warning to the user.

We implement a simple warning thanks to a onchange.

Nicolas Martinelli b4b04c9eb7 [FIX] mrp: BoM Structure report 
When printing a BoM Structure report, the quantitites are not multiplied
down the line. For example, the BoM for Products 0 and 1:

Product 0
   8 Units of Product 1

Product 1
   1 Unit of Product 2a
   2 Units of Product 2b

When printing the BoM Structure of Product 0, it shows:
Product 0
   8 Units of Product 1
       1 Unit of Product 2a
       2 Units of Product 2b

It should be:
Product 0
   8 Units of Product 1
       8 Unit of Product 2a
       16 Units of Product 2b

Josse Colpaert f719d76fed [ADD] BoM price report 
In v8, we had a BoM price report in xsl format which was removed in v9.

As it is still needed, we added a report in the new qweb format, but this
time it is on the BoM instead of the product variant.

It also makes sense to have a similar report for v10 as the cost structure report
on the mo is for the real cost and not the standard cost.

Sebastien LANGE 58e3ac5cd8 [FIX]mrp: order view in mrp bom tree view 
The order of BOMs is based on the sequence which is
not present in the view. When you open all
BOMs, any order is defined. This patch will display the
list of BOM by product.
