The quality of the Spanish (Argentina) translations is very poor.
Remove them all and will start from scratch, translating only when needed.

Nicolas Lempereur fadb3e155e [FIX] addons: no unsubscribe for unsubscribed 
The `/groups` route display mail.channel and allow:

- a public user to subscribe specifying a mail address
- a logged in user to subscribe/unsubscribe itself

The `/groups?unsubscribe` route is the same but only allow:

- a public user to unsubscribe specifying a mail address
- a logged in user to unsubscribe itself

When a user is logged in, there is the oddity that all mail.channel
appear as to "unsubscribe" even if the user is not subscribed.

With this commit, the unsubscribe is shown only if user is subscribed.

Martin Trigaux 4af12acc80 [I18N] es_ cleaning translations 
The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.

The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).

Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files

xmo-odoo f13cab6aa6 [FIX] website_mail_channel: unsubscription 
Fixes 27280fefa9:

* `partner_id` is an `int` not a recordset
* qweb Response is lazy (the template is only looked up and rendered
  when we actually need to send the content over the wire) => the error
  would occur outside of the try..except block. Force rendering
  (`Response.flatten`) so we can handle the issue here
* Uses the HttpCase interface to contact the server over a new socket
  (same as tours & al) because using `werkzeug.test.Client` would not
  use the correct cursor (?) and so the test data would not be visible
