Rather than requiring the user have a name *or* a partner, the check
required the user have a name *and* a partner. The B2C form only has a
name and expects the partner to be created from/via the user, so this
would raise an exception which wouldn't even be bubbled to the user, so
trying to signup would just yield a 500 Server Error when trying to
create an account.
I think spec is pretty clear: "The current email to invite new users is poor
and not catchy! Such email is the first contact with Odoo for most users. It
needs to be perfect!""

Revision 054c68689b added by mistake the
password of the new user in the welcome message that is sent to users
who signed up with an invitation token.
There is no need for this, the user has just chosen their password, and
we should not send them a copy which could be compromised on the way to
their inbox or later in their inbox.
It may also give users the impression that their passwords is stored in
cleartext in the database, even when that is not the case.
This patch minimalizes changes to the template and its translations.
For existing databases where the code is updated without re-syncing the
template, the password will simply be missing in the message (until a
resync of auth_signup module is done)
The field signup_valid is a non stored computed field based on signup_token.
The cache is filled with prefetched values, so in a loop the field is read from
the cache and not recomputed due to the missing dependency.

Currently if a user has already been invited you cannot invite him again
via the web_settings_dashboard as it automatically tries to create a new
user.
This commit changes that behaviour in case you have the mail app
installed odoo will now send an invitation email to the invited user as
long as this user has never connected.
1) Mail app not installed:
- if user is active > display error (this email is already in use)
- if user not active > activate the user
- if user doesn't exist > create new user
2) Mail app installed:
- if user is active && state confirmed > display popup (this email is
already in use)
- if user is active && never connected > resend invitation mail
- if user is inactive > activate the user
- if user doesn't exist > create new user and send invitation mail

The reified view on the res users will be dropped in the following commit.
The previous commit adds support to define each group as a computed field on the res users.
This commit defines:
- A boolean field for each 'isolated' res.group, i.e. a group in the hidden category.
- A selection field for each 'Application' res.group, i.e. a group in a application category.
Example:
- The group to manage pricelist in sales becomes a boolean field
- The groups project user/manager become a selection field
Purpose of this commit is to standardize portal user creation when
creating new portal users (when 'Free sign up (B2C)' option activated). It
copies the portal user template. The same behavior now applies when
converting a partner into portal user using the portal wizard.

Purpose of this commit is to standardize portal user behavior and creation.
As all portal required features (user, group, support) have moved to
base let us move the template user used to create portal users to base.
'Portal User Template' is therefore moved from auth_signup to base module.
Various config parameters are updated due to the change in xml id.
