[IMP] auth_signup: make password set template a catchy first contact template
I think spec is pretty clear: "The current email to invite new users is poor and not catchy! Such email is the first contact with Odoo for most users. It needs to be perfect!"" This commit is related to task ID 1839609. Closes #24576.
