Regenerate all child translations based on the .pot
Remove the terms that are either equal to the parent, either equal to the
source term.
Remove empty translation files
Before this commit, UTM was no more set for website.page.
Website.page mechanism uses the _handle_exception to check if an url match a
record in database, instead of use the method _dispatch that uses controllers.
Consequently, module UTM never set the utm into the cookies for website.page.
Now we override method '_handle_exception' that will anyway ignore to set utm
if it is a real exception and not a fallback (redirect, page, attachment, ...)
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.
Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.
With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.
The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.
The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).
Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files

Utm links are really useful for website owners but this feature is hidden in Odoo apps. There is nothing pointing to that.
