Yannick Tivisse a696f84f1f [IMP] hr: Add private information fields on the employees 
Add some private information on the employees like:
- Certificate: Bachelor, Master, Other
- Place/Date of birth
- KM Home/Work
- Emergency Number/Contact
- ...

Also move some already existing private information from hr_contract to hr.

Martin Geubelle 7afc5fd6ad [REF] *: put clickable in widget options for statusbar 
The widget statusbar was using an attribute `clickable` on the field widget
to define if the statusbar was clickable.

This attribute is in fact not a field attribute but a widget option so it
has been moved accordingly.

Note that a retro-compatibility adapation is done in the field widget.

Alexandre Kühn a87d761fdb [IMP] core: menu tip ux/ui improvement 
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.

Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.

With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.

The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.

The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).

Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files
