Martin Trigaux b7bad9dbc4 [I18N] followup of 5284c43be5 
Previous commit was cleaning the orphan and fuzzy translations of all main translations.
This commit does the same for all regional languages (that are not on Transifex).
To keep these files small, keep only the translated strings.
Fixes #14937

Martin Trigaux 5284c43be5 [I18N] generate and clean orphan translations 
Some languages were published on Transifex in v9 but no longer in v10.
These languages were still using the outdated .po files
In some of these po, there were some fuzzy translations that were incorrect
(e.g. 'POS Order %s' - 'Kassa ostud', missing '%s')
These were not erased as still using the old translations.
Regenerate a correct .po file based on the new .pot and remove fuzzy
translations.

Fixes similar issue than raised at #14937

- Previous information:
  - `es_MX` language is not published to [transifex](https://www.transifex.com/odoo/odoo-10/languages/) this is a official announce from thread [Regional languages and Spanish (Latin America) translations](https://www.odoo.com/es_ES/groups/community-translators-63/community-translators-20325962?mode=thread&date_begin=&date_end=) by @mart-e
  - Currently we have the files `es_MX.po` with terms translations outdated or wrong translation.
    - [Example wrong translation es_MX.po](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8de795291/addons/account/i18n/es_MX.po#L7788) should be [es.po correct translation](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8de795291/addons/account/i18n/es.po#L7975)
  - Now to change a `es_MX.po` a PR is required.
  - `es.po` terms translations and the most terms are fine for México too. (Not regional translation is required for most cases)

Then our regional translation process should be:

|   Create a proposal to original language `es.po` from transifex    |   good and finish!  |   Create a new PR to odoo/odoo adding just that special term to `es_MX.PO` |

This PR reset the `es_MX.po` terms in order to fix many wrong terms using the good `es.po`.

Denis Ledoux 3589c3f666 [FIX] note: fix _notification_recipients 
Since revision 458aaca328,
the `groups` args of the method `_notification_recipients`
is a list of tuple, and no longer a dict.

The code here has not been adapted to this change.
It is now.

qsm-odoo fb363b572b [FIX] *: adapt odoo interface violet 
Change color #a24689 to #875A7B

Commit https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/commit/8ac1c19fac7615fecd51e670f798d13158a4e53c
changed the odoo interface violet by changing the main LESS variable
but forgot there was many direct occurences in XML/HTML/... (for
example for the mobile browser color).

Even if it's community the odoo interface violet is used at many places
(module description, XML demo data, ...).

Thibault Delavallée 458aaca328 [IMP] mail: reimplement grouping of notification recipients 
There is now a single method easier to inherit to add specific behavior
for the display of access button as well as actions buttons. All addons
using this mechanism are updated accordingly.

Denis Ledoux 6415e761fa [FIX] note: fix partners images in note kanban 
Since 9.0, `message_follower_ids` are
`mail.followers` records,
the partner are in `message_partner_ids`.

Therefore, the partner images displayed in the note kanban
were not the images of the right partners.

stage_id is comptued and based on stage_ids
The default value should be put on stage_ids, not stage_id, it has the same
effect but avoids an unecessary chain update.
