If wkhtmltopdf is missing, a call to a report will be catched to warn the user.
In case of a report generated indirectly (e.g. via an attachment on an email
template), the rendering would crash.
As warning the user is better than returning a traceback, raise a UserError.
Closes#14535
It's possible that the command `wkhtmltopdf --version` returns an empty
string (in the use case, it output later in stdout "wkhtmltopdf: error
while loading shared libraries: libfontconfig.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory").
We chose to display the report in html in this case and also to show
a warning to the user inviting him to fix his installation.
To be displayed correctly on odoo app (In a given category and not only in all or hidden)
the module category in the __openerp__.py file should be one of these:
"Accounting",
"Discuss",
"Document Management",
"eCommerce",
"Human Resources",
"Industries",
"Localization",
"Manufacturing",
"Marketing",
"Point of Sale",
"Productivity",
"Project",
"Purchases",
"Sales",
"Warehouse",
"Website",
"Extra Tools",
'Accounting & Finance' will not work, as 'Project Management', ...

[FIX] report: don't hide errors in custom reports
If a custom report's render_html raises a KeyError for some
reason, Report.get_html would swallow the exception and fallback
on generic HTML rendering, usually blowing up with unfathomable
errors of missing rendering context data.
Check if a custom report object exists instead of waiting for a
KeyError.
A lock occurs when the user wants to print a report having multiple barcode while the server is
started in threaded-mode. The reason is that reportlab has to build a cache of the T1 fonts
before rendering a barcode (done in a C extension) and this part is not thread safe. We attempt
here to init the T1 fonts cache at the start-up of Odoo so that rendering of barcode in multiple
thread does not lock the server.
Another workaround was to set an explicit lock around the reportlab's function call, but it's
more dangerous as it may introduce undetectable lock between python and postgresql.
Thanks to @odony and @KangOl.

When cancelling and resetting to draft an invoice,
delete only the invoice report attachment from the
attachment, not all of them.
The reason why the report is removed from the
attachments on the invoice resetted to draft

/!\ This commit must not be forward-ported on saas-10 (the file that
is modified here does not exist anymore anyway).
Since the website/web_editor split, the mt/mb definitions were not
included in reports anymore. Those were not the only rules that
were forgotten.
As it would be tricky to add the whole files where those rules are
defined now in the assets of stables branches, this commit only
restores the missing css rules by adding them in the report.css file.
Note: after the assets refactoring that has been done in saas-10, this
problem will no longer appear.
Up to this revision, barcodes set in reports are generated
using the controller `/report/barcode`,
using a `img` HTML tag, e.g. (from `report_location_barcode`)
```
<img t-if="not o.loc_barcode"
t-att-src="'/report/barcode/?type=%s&value=%s&width=%s&height=%s'
% ('Code128', o.name, 600, 100)" style="width:300px;height:50px"/>
``
This `/report/barcode` route is set as `auth='user'`, meaning
the route can only be accessed by signed in users.
When wkhtmltopdf prints a report containing such a barcode,
it calls this `report/barcode` route, making sure to pass
the request session in the cookies, so wkhtmltopdf
uses the same session than the one of the user. This is
needed, as only users can access this `report/barcode/` route.
This session is passed in `report.py`, in the method
`_run_wkhtmltopdf`, thanks to the --cookie wkhtmltopdf
parameter.
Nevertheless, if a report is printed through the website
front-end, as public (without a signed in user), the request
session is not associated to a signed in user, and therefore
the route `/report/barcode` refuses the access / redirects
to the login, making it impossible to print a report
containing a barcode without being signed in. This even
if the report is printed as `sudo` through a controller
(as this is the session of the not signed in user which is passed,
not a session associated to `sudo).
It looks like reportlab doesn't handle well
UPC-A barcodes.
As UPC-A barcodes became EAN13 barcodes when
adding a `0` to the beginning of the barcode,
and the render is the same, we ask reportlab
a EAN13 barcode type when a UPC-A barcode is asked,
making sure to add the `0` automatically first.
From Wikipedia:
```
The EAN was developed as a superset of UPC,
adding an extra digit to the beginning of every UPC number.
[...]
the original rules for UPC are treated as a '0'
if read as EAN-13.
A UPC barcode XXXXXXXXXXXX therefore is the EAN-13 barcode 0XXXXXXXXXXXX.
It is possible to prefix a UPC barcode with a 0;
they become EAN-13 rather than UPC-A.
This does not change the check digit.
All point-of-sale systems can now understand both equally.
