Purpose
=======
Don't display sales app icon in Odoo homepage when installing ecommerce (only website should be visible)
it's confusing to have sales icon -> where do I manage my sales? In sales or in website? -> in website
Specfication
============
We need one new modules to add Sales menus to the homepage. Currently they come with "sale". So when installing "website_sale", we get them (because sale and account are dependencies of website_sale). We don't want that anymore. Along with that you need to replace modules in Apps menu:
sales menu items must be in the new sale_management module, no longer in sale
- create new app "sale_management"
- Currently 3 app icons when installing ecommerce (Sales, Invoicing, Website) -> too many icons, where to start? -> GOAL: Only 2 icons > Website, Invoicing
- new module to display Sales Icon (like account_accountant): "sale_management"
- move menu items to sale_management
- sale, sale_management: move app description, rewrite the manifest file
- sale, sale_management: move tour from sale > sale_management
- Changes in some dependency module "sale" > "sale_management" modules: event_sale, mrp_repair, pos_sale, report_intrastat, sale_crm, sale_expense, sale_stock, sale_timesheet, website_quote
Menu items to move 'sale' --> 'sale_management'

Purpose
=======
- product form is a bit disorganized with fields showing up at wrong place:
- inventory tab for services -> to remove
- subscription & events fields under Invoicing tab
- inventory tab is not structured
- invoicing and bill control fields are not grouped together
- etc.
If the picking has no carrier set, do not open the put in pack wizard
and keep the behavior of a classic picking. Also, filter the delivery
packages according to the carrier (note: this doesn't work at the moment
because of a bug in the new views, but it'll be fixed very soon, so we
merge anyway).
Also, remove an harmless typo in `manage_package_type` method.
As the product.packaging model is used for two different business cases,
the views shown when the model is used for product packaging must only
contains a product_id, barcode, and qty because and when it's used for
delivery packages we must show the carrier, barcode, size and wheight.
So for usability purpose, we have made two different views explicitly
called in each use case.
When get_price() is called during tests, a ValidationError was returned but not catched
correctly due to the unavailability of delivery service.
Because this method is called during the creation of new sale order, it leads to some
operational error (broken cursor).
Purpose
=======
It's hard to find all the menu items dedicated to products & pricing:
- create a product
- set up a discount
- change the pricing
such recurring actions are related to each other but you need to go to different menus: e.g. to edit pricelists you have to go to settings while editing your pricing is a business operation.
Specification
=============
make one menu item like in ecommerce: CATALOG
Also clean reporting and configurion menus a bit...

On a picking, the UoM of the weight is the default UoM for the weight
category. However, weights in Odoo are always considered to be
kilograms.
This might lead to inconsistencies between what is displayed on the
picking and what is printed on a shipper label.

Previous commit was cleaning the orphan and fuzzy translations of all main translations.
This commit does the same for all regional languages (that are not on Transifex).
To keep these files small, keep only the translated strings.
Fixes#14937
Some languages were published on Transifex in v9 but no longer in v10.
These languages were still using the outdated .po files
In some of these po, there were some fuzzy translations that were incorrect
(e.g. 'POS Order %s' - 'Kassa ostud', missing '%s')
These were not erased as still using the old translations.
Regenerate a correct .po file based on the new .pot and remove fuzzy
translations.
Fixes similar issue than raised at #14937
Because now the carrier id is set on all picking from the same
procurement group, we want to call the carrier API only when there are
some package with a packaging_id set on it.
We have moved the 'quant.package' view into a wizard, because it's
always used as a wizard, and and there was context trouble with the
'Save' button as a button with nale 'write' (the context was mixed with
the field, and there were two write action whan "Save button was
clicked.
When our warehouse is configured to work as 'pick -> pack -> ship'
only the last picking (ship) has the information of which carrier
is set for this delivery.
This is a problem, because we also need the information in the packing
zone, to put in a pack with the correct package type.
To fix this problem, instead of overriding the function 'action_confirm'
which put the 'carrier_id' only on the 'ship' location. We set the
'sale_order_id' on the procurement groups created from the sales
order, and propagate it to the picking through the stock moves
from the procurement group.
