Purpose

When the manager (parent_id) of an employee changes,
it doesn't always mean that other responsibles (Leave responsible,
expense responsible, coach) should also change.
Specification
=============
When changing the employee's manager, the leave responsible,
the expense responsible and the coach should be changed only
if the field was not set or if the responsible is the previous manager.
In that case, they should be set to the new manager.
Otherwise, it means the field was most probably set manually and
it should be left unchanged.
-Moved the share Button to the dropdown Action menu as it was better suitable there.
-moved sale order item field to extra info as it was better suitable there.
-changed display of settings for project to give it organized look.

Before this commit, when more than 1 projects are linked to
a same analytic account, clicking on the stat button from the
form view of analytic account, nothing happens.
This commit fixes this case by displaying the kanban view
of all the project linked to this analytic account.

The related field `timesheet_encode_uom_id` is required
on the company, but not on the settings.
This commit makes it requried through the view to
avoid a confusing SQL error message for the end user.

Purpose: improve understanding of project model as well as their
daily use. This is done by improving tooltips of some fields
according to business logic.
