Form sheet's title (with class .oe_title) when in editable mode has a
maximum width. The goal according to FP is to make a clear
differentiation between the main title/name of a record and its other
fields.
An issue with the existing rule in the Project application is that the
"title" row (with class .oe_title) not only contains the name of the
task but also its priority and state.
The aforementioned rule should then be applied only on the "name" part
and not to the whole row to prevent the "state" from moving between
read_only and editable modes.
To do so the maximum width is "moved" from the row element to the task
name's element.
Sadly the current stylesheet in this project is still a regular CSS
file, preventing us from using the SCSS expression coming from
`addons/web/static/src/scss/form_view.scss`.

Before this commit, the date_last_stage_update field in fill everytime at task creation. This does not make sense if ther is no project linked to the task or if there is no stages associated to the project/task.
This commit populates the date_last_stage_update field only when needed. So, we can now have newly created task without date_last_stage_update filled.

project_time_mode_id is now only on hr_timesheet
This was creating an ir.model.data entry with res_id=0 (not record found).
A ir.model.data without id triggers a warning in the trans_generate method when
trying to export the translations of the module project (where the reference
fails to be resolved)
- The attachments in the tasks page on the portal can be accessed by
clicking on them.
They are delivered by the controllers at URL `/web/content/XXXXX`.
By default when enabling the Content Delivery Network feature on the
website module, the content delivered by the controller
`/web/content/` is done through the CDN which has no user account,
thus may not have access to the attachment.
To fix the issue, we disable the CDN feature for the attachments in
the tasks portal page.

The filter parent_res_name was already in the original search view so
the duplicated one was not needed and caused to have two times the
filter in the search view with possible different behavior.

Add a new group in the settings page, allowing to put some others
settings on the right side of the page (needed in enterprise).

Purpose
=======
If the activities are available on a model (i.e. inherits mail.activity.mixin),
add a progress bar based on the activities if nothing is defined yet.

When duplicating a project, every task linked to the project is
duplicated too but the link between sub-tasks and their parent
task is not updated thus they are left linked to the task of
the original project.

Remove date_start in project.task model, because it is not
useful. Now using date_assign instead for reporting.
Add two ids in settings views to refer from enterprise modules.

Since rev. odoo/odoo@f4d541e the `session_id` cookie uses the `httponly` flag so
it cannot be accessed through client side script. But before this rev. the
`session_id` was still provided by the server to the webclient (in session_info,
mostly) and was stored and accessible. This made XSS injection more
dangerous than they should be as it was very easy to steal the `session_id`.
As the browser automatically set the `session_id` on every request to the server,
the webclient shouldn't need any explicit reference.

An `AccessError` is raised in `check_access_rule` of `mail.message`.
The context is 'polluted' with a `default_parent_id` key, which is not

The function _compute_parent_rating_percentage_satisfaction used the creation
date of the rating to compute the percentage.
However when a client give a new rating, it updates the old one.
As a result it doesn't give the recent satisfaction percentage,
but the satisfaction percentage of recently created tickets.
In other words recently angry clients from old projects would not appear.
Similarly this method is somewhat reimplemented directly in SQL in the rating
route, which happens to be in the project controller.
