[FIX] project: double rating document name in search

The filter parent_res_name was already in the original search view so the duplicated one was not needed and caused to have two times the filter in the search view with possible different behavior. opw-1949559 closes #31707 Signed-off-by: Nicolas Lempereur (nle) <nle@odoo.com>
