- Set the OS to a GMT- timezone (e.g. 'America/Los Angeles')
- Set the format of the date to '%d/%m/%Y'
- Go to 'Account > Adviser > Journal Entries'
- Type '02-01-2018'
The suggested date is 31/01/2018.
Setting the moment object as UTC will lead to a conversion of the date
to the OS timezone when calling `toDate`, e.g.:
Mon Jan 31 2018 16:00:00 GMT-0800 (PST)
UTC should only be used in case of datetime, not date.

- In some languages the kanban images are not displayed because of a bug in human_size method in JS.
This method translates the Unit Size for data and strip with the string with a comma as separator.
When the translatation contains spaces after the commas (like in the French translation), there is extra spaces in the final result.
This then cause an issue with the method is_bin_size that expects a unique space between the value and its unit.
Resulting in a bug in the method 'kanban_image'.

When there are too many labels to display on the x-axis, they overlap
and it simply becomes unreadable. By slightly rotating them, this can be
avoided in most cases.

Discarding a new record triggers the 'history_back' action. This makes
sense if the record was discarded from a normal form view, but not so
much when in a modal, where the expected behaviour is to close the
dialog.
This commit overrides the function in the action manager which handles
the switch to the previous view. It checks whether a dialog window is
open, in which case it simply closes it.

The kanban view uses a template which comes from the server, already
translated. Before this commit, it tried to retranslate again the
template in qweb.js, which may be a problem (in addition to the useless
work): if some english string A is translated in B (french), but B is
also a valid english string which is translated into C in french, then
we will have a wrong result.
In this commit, we simply add a flag to disable the translation process, which
should also slightly improve the kanban view rendering performance.
On a tree view:
- Add a button returning an `act_url` action; e.g.:
```
@api.multi
def open_google(self):
return {
'type': 'ir.actions.act_url',
'url': 'https://google.fr/',
'target': 'new',
}
```
- Click on a button
The action call works only once because the button is never re-enabled.
The button is actually enabled only at view rendering. Therefore, we
call `on_close` in order to reload the view.

The bug is also present in enterprise but the required style of
enterprise makes the bug invisible. The bug has also been naturally
fixed in 11.0 thanks to the views and design refactoring.
Thanks @auyeung112002 for the original fix.
Before this commit, when a product category had a similar name than an other
e.g. ALL / Exp and ALL / Expenses
When entering the list view of its products, it displayed the product linked to the category with the similar name
e.g. When opening ALL/Exp products list, it displayed its products **plus** the products of ALL/Expenses
After this commit the list view just contains the active category's products

Mixing positive and negative values in a pie chart is not possible.
However, in this case, a crash occurs instead of displaying an error

Let's have:
- on res.company a binary file field named x_file
- on res.users a related binary field to company_id.x_file, and make it readonly
On the res.users form view, display the new field
Before this commit in create mode, upon clicking on download the file, the server crashed, because the record id was empty.
Then, the JS crashed in turn because of the unhandled 404 from the server.
Since the id of a new record will always be unset, we choose to disable the download event in this very specific case

When grouping a graph view by a selection field, the labels on x axis
were the selection values themselves (not their corresponding label).
This issue was only present if there was only one group by field. In
this case, the attribute `grouped_on` is not an array but a string
containing the field name. This case wasn't correctly handled.
Note that this issue is not present in the new views (from saas-16).

When logging multiple elements in one log call in the new Firefox
version, all the elements are kept on one line. So if the second
element starts with a line feed, it will not go under the first
element but still be at the right of the first element, on a new
line.
... gives wrong values due to the timezone.
For instance, let's assume that the browser timezone of the user
is UTC+2, and the user types 10/09/2017 10:00:00 in a searchview
with a datetime field in its arch (i.e. which autocompletes on a
datatime field). Before this rev., the suggested value was
10/09/2017 08:00:00, i.e. the timezone offset was substracted from
the value.
When a user clicks on an input or a select field
in Safari on IOS, Safari has a behavior of zooming-in
on the field when the keyboard opens.
Even after the user dismisses the keyboard, the screen
still stays zoomed-in. The user has to then zoom out manually.
Now, the user is not allow to zoom-in at all.
This is already the case with the Android application.
We now have the same behavior between the two apps.
As can be seen in https://github.com/scottjehl/Device-Bugs/issues/8 a
combination of "-webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch", "position:relative"
and "overflow:auto" can have unexpected behavior on iOS.
The issue solved here is that writing in a form view inside a modal in
iOS (at least version 10.3) would make the whole form body invisible
until edition is ended.
This commit fixes this by adding a CSS rule which avoid the iOS bug.

On chrome only, the translate icon was over the <input/> element but
below the <input/> text... this commit fixes this by forcing
relative positioning on the icon so that it is always rendered after
the <input/> (which seems to solve the chrome bug).
Modifiers (eg. required, readonly, ... on a field) are computed after a
record has been changed. When loading a record they could be computed
based on x2many in a inconsistent state.
eg. on res.partner form, by defaut the email is required depending on:
[('user_ids','!=', [])]
but when switching from one record to another this was computed
wrongly based on the difference between the two records.
This change make the x2many when loading a record ready to be used as
soon as it is set to solve this issue.
