Instead of an ugly danger-colored badge promoting "odoo", we now use
the official odoo logo. The code is also refactored to use more
consistent and translatable sentences without duplicated code.
Note: the odoo logo is added in the repo, downloaded from our official
brand assets page (https://www.odoo.com/page/brand-assets), in its
'tiny' version. The repo already contained multiple odoo logos but they
are quite old and should be replaced in a further update. Note: the svg
version was not able to be used as it contains external margins...

The published button name is a bit ambiguous, now it will clearly state
what it does with a new title : "Go to Website". The "Published",
"Unpublished" state is shown with the globe icon changing color
(green and red) and a title on the button.
Badge and Delivery don't have a website page, the button will then be
a publish/unpublish button in the backend.

Remove or move significant HTML attributes on <t> tags
`<t>` is not rendered, so we lose `class`, `role`, `itemprop`, `content`
etc. significant HTML attributes.
In other cases, the `<a>` tag can contain redundant HTML attributes,
which don't make sense (e.g. `href="#"`).

The `website_published` field from the website's mixins is basically a readonly
from `is_published` field.
On read, this field will simply read `is_published` and check if the record's
website_id is accessible (only for the multi mixin).
On write, it will always write on `is_published`.
This commit improves a few things:
- A lot of code was writting on website_published which was just then writting
on is_published. Writting directly on is_published makes more sense.
- Some backend fields would still reference `website_published` instead of
`is_published` which would just go through the related for no reason.
Plus, using `is_published` will make the field tooltip more accurate as we
are not in a website context ('Visible on current website' to 'Is Published')
- Filter and search on tree view were still using the `website_published`
related field, which is just a readonly when we are not in a frontend
context.
- Some create and write function would have security check on
`website_published` value but that was wrong as the user could bypass that by
simply writting on `is_published`. For the write method, check `is_published`
is more accurate as it will cover both case since `website_published` will
then call the write method on `is_published`
Multi is the default api for methods, it is not necessary to explicitly
decorate methods with it, adds clutter and most people use it because
they see that the rest of the code uses it.
Done with `find . -type f -name '*.py' | xargs sed -i '/@api.multi/d'`
Purpose
=======
While cleaning the stat buttons across all modules, we
decided to move the (un)archiving from stat button to
actions in the 'Action' dropdown.
Specification
=============
Remove the 'active' stat buttons in all views
The bottom of event is shared between all event page and all events.
This is especially misleading when "website menu" with
website_event_track is activated on the event, then we will have several
pages such as "Introduction" / "Location" and depending on if we drop a
widget some pixel too high or two low, it will be only on the current
page or on all events.
With this changeset, when editing there is an information block saying
what part is on all page.

As we now have a new debug mode 'tests' which load a new asset bundle
containing tour-test files, we moved those files to a new folder hierarchy.
That will clean the .js files trees.
Also, those files should be included in the new asset.
Basically, the .js tour files (not test) should be inside /static/src/js/tours
while .js tour test files (test=true) should be inside /static/tests/tours next
to QUnit tests, inside a tours folder.
+ test_new_api: don't run the test in debug assets

Comes with https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/pull/4281Closes#33213
Before this task, an event out of date was still registrable for a
customer. Now, an event is registrable only if the end date is not out
of date.

Before this commit, the object used by Optimize SEO 'wizard' was always the
main object, without any possibility to change that (except by changing the
main object but that would cause a lot of other issue, eg edit in backend).
This commit add the possibility to explicitly set a seo object on the html data
attribute.
If set, this one will be used instead of the main object.
This is useful for event.event where all the event pages (with website menu
enabled) would share the same SEO since the main object would be the
event.event.
With this commit, the seo object is now the website.page, thus giving the
possibility to have a separate SEO for every event pages.
