Goffin Simon 3ea1ac7e0d [FIX] website_slides: changing channel_id on slide.slide 
Steps:
-Go into Slides (into Website Admin main menu)
-Find the Slide "Odoo Explained"
-Change the channel to "Employee Channel"
-Disconnect or open a private session
-Go to the menu "Presentations" on website
-Click on "Public channel"

Bug:

Error 403

Fix:

When changing the channel_id of a slide, the custom_slide_id of all
the channels using this slide as "Slide to Promote"  has to change
in False to avoid access rights errors.

the module category in the __openerp__.py file should be one of these:

    "Industries",
    "Localization",
    "Manufacturing",
    "Marketing",
    "Point of Sale",
    "Productivity",
    "Project",
    "Purchases",
    "Sales",
    "Warehouse",
    "Website",
    "Extra Tools",

'Accounting & Finance' will not work, as 'Project Management', ...

Add domain on route to avoid sitemap to index this route if
nothing to display.

Return empty data if route called for a slide without datas.

For performance, we could use iframe with embed document.
But it's more styled to use our own slide design that an iframe
with a long scrollbar.

Nicolas Lempereur a2cb0e96e3 [IMP] website_slides: improve not pretty thumbnail 
In 9.0 image_medium and image_thumb route are used to display thumbnail
of website_slides document.

These in 9.0 will scale the image, but also crop it so it has a good
aspect ratio.

In saas-6 this croping feature is not present and these thumbnail will
be scaled in diverse ugly way.

To improve a little the situation, this commit use some CSS (currently
not supported only by internet explorer) which give a similar aspect as
9.0's got.
