Olivier Colson b30fed7a7b [IMP] account: facilitate bank account and bank journal config 
With this change,
 * some modules are now set to be automatically installed by default
 * the setup bar of accounting has been changed in order to allow more easiliy the configuration of bank accounts/journals (and the step to oversee the opening entry has been removed)
 * the kanban view in the dashboard has been enhanced (mostly for bank journals, but not only)

- Change the type in 'acc_type' field char into selection field and change tooltip
- added new field 'acc_holder_name' that can be used to set the account holder name in case it is different than the partner name

The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.

The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).

Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files
