Regenerate all child translations based on the .pot
Remove the terms that are either equal to the parent, either equal to the
source term.

XavierDo 6a378e3839 [IMP] product: move uom in a new addon 
Moves UoM models, test and data to a new addon in
order to be able to use uom without product.
A simple example is be to be able to use UoM for
timesheets.

This commit only move code, and adapt xml ids
without chaging any feature or functionnal
behavior.
Note: 'product' module now depends on new
'uom' module.

Alexandre Kühn a87d761fdb [IMP] core: menu tip ux/ui improvement 
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.

Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.

With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.

The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

Nicolas Martinelli d20c74dd65 [FIX] stock_picking_batch: no edit 
- Select several pickings
- Click 'Add to Batch'
- Create a new batch and do 'Create and Edit'

The selected picking do not appear in the list.

The wizard was not really designed to handle such use cases. Hide the
possibility to 'Create and Edit', since this is just confusing for an
end user.

Martin Trigaux 4af12acc80 [I18N] es_ cleaning translations 
The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.

The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).

Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files

Mitali Patel 8f88c0336f [IMP] base: Make 'name' attribute required for 'filter' tag 
Purpose
=======

The attribute name isn't required on the <filter> tag. If not set, it can't be selected with a xpath and it can't be overwritten.

A lot of PR are coming from the community just to add a name on a filter because:
- It can't be selected with a xpath.
- It can't be used with `default_search_foo` on an action context.
