Martin Trigaux b7bad9dbc4 [I18N] followup of 5284c43be5 
Previous commit was cleaning the orphan and fuzzy translations of all main translations.
This commit does the same for all regional languages (that are not on Transifex).
To keep these files small, keep only the translated strings.
Fixes #14937

Martin Trigaux 5284c43be5 [I18N] generate and clean orphan translations 
Some languages were published on Transifex in v9 but no longer in v10.
These languages were still using the outdated .po files
In some of these po, there were some fuzzy translations that were incorrect
(e.g. 'POS Order %s' - 'Kassa ostud', missing '%s')
These were not erased as still using the old translations.
Regenerate a correct .po file based on the new .pot and remove fuzzy
translations.

Fixes similar issue than raised at #14937

Moisés López 44a6366ba4 [REM] all: Remove es_MX.po files 
- Previous information:
  - `es_MX` language is not published to [transifex](https://www.transifex.com/odoo/odoo-10/languages/) this is a official announce from thread [Regional languages and Spanish (Latin America) translations](https://www.odoo.com/es_ES/groups/community-translators-63/community-translators-20325962?mode=thread&date_begin=&date_end=) by @mart-e
  - Currently we have the files `es_MX.po` with terms translations outdated or wrong translation.
    - [Example wrong translation es_MX.po](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8de795291/addons/account/i18n/es_MX.po#L7788) should be [es.po correct translation](https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8de795291/addons/account/i18n/es.po#L7975)
  - Now to change a `es_MX.po` a PR is required.
  - `es.po` terms translations and the most terms are fine for México too. (Not regional translation is required for most cases)

Then our regional translation process should be:

|   Create a proposal to original language `es.po` from transifex    |   good and finish!  |   Create a new PR to odoo/odoo adding just that special term to `es_MX.PO` |

This PR reset the `es_MX.po` terms in order to fix many wrong terms using the good `es.po`.

Ravi Gohil 5bd4218454 [IMP] payment_payumoney, payment_stripe: set private fields accessible to employees only 
In 8.0 private fields have been recently set as visible only to employees
at commit b226510840.

However between v9 and v10 two new payment acquirers have been implemented
payumoney and stripe. Those addons now have their credential set as private.

Methods using the acquirers have been sudoed accordingly to avoid access
issues when rendering the buttons. Other payment modules will be updated when
the forward port from 8 to 9 and pre-10-master will be done.

Jeremy Kersten 80d65ab350 [IMP] website_payment: show payment method in footer 
Xpath has been altered and logos displayed in right column or portal.

The pupose of these logos is to know when you arrive on the website (ecommerce)
 with which payment method you can paid.

Jérome Maes 8a399930f3 [REF] website_*: remove render method on website 
Since saas-3, website controllers use `request.website.render`
to render the template of a web page. This was kept for retro
compatibility. It's time to stop using deprecated stuff.
Same for `_render` method on website.

'json' route don't use `request.render` since
`JsonRequest` has no `render` method.

Damien Bouvy 4014563e3f [FIX] website_payment: stop treating _registration_render result as a list 
I assume this was necessary  before the migration of payment because
an api.one wrapper was added by the auto-guess api feature.

Since payment has been migrated, this decorator is no longer present
and the result of _registration_render is no longer encapsulated in
a list. Therefore, taking the zeroth element was akin to taking only
the first character of the rendered html. Usually \n, which is not
useful but which also prevented the crash to be easily visible.
