If a user A deletes the res.users record of user B while B is connected,
the verification of the session token fails with a comparison of a boolean and
bytes values.
While the check should obviously fail, this patch gracefully inform the user B
its session has expired and redirect him to the login page.
Without the patch, the session is never invalidated in the user browser,
redirecting to a forbidden error page as long as the session has not been manually
cleared from the browser.

As `pre-` migration scripts may use the registry, we must ensure that
all fields are set up before execution in order to have a consistent
registry.
This is required when loading a registry which contains modules to
install/upgrade without `-u` flag. In this case, the setup was only done
*after* module loading.
- Store a token inside sessions to allow implicit session deactivation when needed.

If you don't define an explicit address type, then the
record is not going to be accessible.
In the ORM:
>>> env['res.partner'].create({'name': 'Test', 'type': False})
res.partner(44356,)
>>> env['res.partner'].search([('type', '!=', 'private'), ('id', '=', 44356)])
res.partner()
>>> env['res.partner'].search([('type', '=', False), ('id', '=', 44356)])
res.partner(44356,)
due to the fact that NULL in the database is undefined and can't be
compared to a specific key.
Currently when connecting to a smtp server, if no response is returned
and no error is raised, the `SMTP()` instantiation method never ends.
This PR is inspired by 54a477d797 related to `fetchmail()`.
Possibly, a better way exists but it has to change some methods
signatures.

Before this commit:
* Module A defines a field X of model M
* Module B inherits from model M without touching field X
* Module C inherits from model M and extends field X by giving an INDEX
/ NOT NULL constraint.
* Module B and C depend from Module A, but not each other
If all three modules are installed and Module B is updated, the INDEX /
NOT NULL constraint could be dropped.
This happens because Module B can be loaded before Module C is loaded,
if that's the case, then after the upgrade of Module B, during the
schema checking, we verify that the field object we have and the field
on the DB are the same, since Module B doesn't introduce the index then
this check is false and we drop the index. When we get to loading Module
C, we do not do any schema checking because the module is not marked as
`to upgrade`, therefore the index is lost forever.
To solve this, we re-init the models that belong to the set of the intersection
between upgraded and modified models and loaded and modified models.

This is a backport of commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/2f15a5fa647d55df36c9019df467802a3aa9b4e3
Purpose
=======
Add the possibility to create private addresses, only accessible for a subset
of users.
Specification
=============
- Add a new 'Private' partner type
- Add a res.groups in base 'Access to Private Addresses'
- Add ir.rules for the following behavior:
- Every employees/internal users can read non-private addresses
- Only users in group_private_addresses can access private addresses
- Add in base a simplified form view for private addresses
The following points won't be backported:
- A HR Officer is automatically granted in group_private_addresses
- Use the simplified form view to open the address_home_id form on employees
That's because it requires to update 'base' to make it work. If a user only
update 'hr', this will break his instance while 'base' isn't updated.
But these modifications can be applied manually quite easily.
This patches fixes the untested and broken draft of inetd and systemd
activation support in the threaded server.
This patch also fixes the loss of the process environment in the
`_reexec()` function when Odoo is respawning during the following events:
- SIGHUP signal is received
- one click install has been triggered
- code reload needed when using `--dev=reload`
Since new-api migration of `ir.ui.view`, the method that check views
raises exceptions instead of returning a boolean. Show them as warning.
Related to #14521
Before this rev., in the ir.model.fields form view, it crashed
when the user specified an invalid model name as a relation for
fields of type many2many (the onchange crashed). This rev. displays
a warning instead.

When modifying a translatable record, we try to keep close translations
However, we do not need to do it if there is already a translation for
the matched term.
When the utility method `keep_query()` is used outside an httprequest
context (e.g. rendering a template from a unittest) the following
exception is throwng:
`RuntimeError: object unbound`
The above exception is caused by the method trying to retrieve
parameters from the HTTP request, even if the request object is unbownd.
This change ensures those parameters are retrieved only when exists,
making possible to use it outside the web client

Name of scripts piped to `odoo shell` were `__builtin__` (`builtins` in
python3), which is not really obvious (and awful if your script must
handle python2 and python3).
Change it to `__main__`, allowing to use to common pattern
`if __name__ == '__main__':`
When doing a group_by in a tree view, and then ordering by an
aggregated field which contains at least one capital letter in its name,
you will get an error and won't be able to ordery by this field.
Why? read_group is called when sorting a group by, which calls
_read_group_raw which then goes to call _read_group_prepare, which will
return order by terms in this manner ['id asc', 'x_Test desc']
the problem with this is that postgres automatically converts
non-quoted/non-qualified column name to lowercase, of course this means
that if we have a field "x_Test" but no field "x_test", it will try to
look up "x_test" instead of "x_Test" and since the column doesn't exist,
it will throw a ProgrammingError.
This commit changes this behavior by wrapping the order_by terms generated in
_read_group_prepare with double quotes, which postgres interprets
correctly.

PostgreSQL 10 move sequences' metadata fields into a new `pg_sequence`
system catalog. As a result, selecting from a sequence relation now
only return three fields, and does not include the `increment_by`
metadata field anymore.
This patch obtains the `increment_by` value from the new system catalog
for PostgreSQL server versions >= 10.

Specifically, the command `(6, 0, ids)` should only unlink/detach the lines
that satisfy to the field's domain.

8ac39287 introdcude a way to export the source terms not located inside an
addons module (e.g. error messages in openerp/service/models.py)
0529a7f9 fixed a bug in the get_module_from_path with addons path with similar
names.
The above commit introduced a regression making files located outside of an
addons path to be wrongly considered as a module
e.g. openerp/service/models.py used not to match any module and was considered
correctly as belonging to base module
After, 0529a7f9, '~/openerp/service' being different than '~/openerp/service/'
the module was considered as 'models.py' (which is incorrect).
Compare correctly both parent path to have a correct match
