Do not reload when a temporary Python file is
added/updated/reloaded.
This is to be able to use editors using isolation when saving file.
On save, they create a temporary file which is then moved on the target file.
The temporary file exists for milliseconds only,
and when the change was detected by watchdog and the server was reloaded,
the file already no longer existed on load.
It leaded to `No such file or directory` after the reload.
Before this commit:
* Install module A
* Edit a view from module A, add a custom field
* Uninstall module A
* Reinstall module A
* Try to access the module A's previously modified view
-> Can't access the view, or even sometimes the app at all.
Cause:
When uninstalling module A, the custom field added to module A's is
properly unlinked, however the custom/studio view is not unlinked, therefore
the view references a field that no longer exists, when accessing the
view it will obviously crash (sometimes the traceback is not even
displayed to the user!).
Solution:
Emulate an ondelete cascade for child views only when in uninstall mode.
Make sure to test `None` instead of any falsy value. Indeed, when we
want to explicitly pass a `False` default value, `set_multi` might
select an incorrect default value.
This is for example the case of `_inverse_product_pricelist`, where
`default_for_country` might be `False` on purpose.

- Each time we check if a session is valid we create a new cursor.
This could lead to issues with db_maxconn that limits the number of
connections to the postgresql server.
In a perfect world, a worker should use a single connection to
postgres to process the request.
The only known side effect is that the cursor is created earlier in
the execution of the code.
- This commit fixes issues with the longpolling raising
Psycopg2.PoolError exceptions on databases with a lot of clients.
With saas-11.2's 3fbd86b some trigger towards other fields are improved
but this caused an issue when a inherited field towards a custom
computed field had no depends.
When we created a computed field x_custo on res.partner, we have a
inherited x_custo on res.users automatically created.
Both these fields have a depends computed to `('',)`, this caused an
error for the one on res.partner: but this was ignored with dd048ae7.
Since saas-11.2's 3fbd86b this also caused an error on the inherited
field but since an inherited field is not "manual" the error was not
ignored. Thus it was not possible to create custom field on a model
inheriting of another model if the fields had no depends.

If a user member of group 'group_erp_manager' create a new user and adds
the user in multiple companies, the system raises an AccessError on ir.ui.view
When adding a user in multiple companies, he is automatically added in
the 'base.group_multi_company' group.
Modifying a 'res.group' record recomputes the view architecture.
The ir.ui.view records is writable by 'base.group_system' users.

With website_version, when publishing a version and copying the current version,
the copy_translation wrote a new translation for the copy of master in the published
view instead of the copied view.
Reason:
When writing in the view, odoo checked in the context the current version and
wrote in the view corresponding to the key and the verion seen in the website.
So when copying a view, it translated the copied view instead of the copy of
the view.
The write is made by the function copy_translation with the line:
"new_wo_lang[name] = old_wo_lang[name]"

Before this commit:
* Module A defines a field X of model M
* Module B inherits from model M without touching field X
* Module C inherits from model M and extends field X by giving an INDEX
/ NOT NULL constraint.
* Module B and C depend from Module A, but not each other
If all three modules are installed and Module B is updated, the INDEX /
NOT NULL constraint could be dropped.
This happens because Module B can be loaded before Module C is loaded,
if that's the case, then after the upgrade of Module B, during the
schema checking, we verify that the field object we have and the field
on the DB are the same, since Module B doesn't introduce the index then
this check is false and we drop the index. When we get to loading Module
C, we do not do any schema checking because the module is not marked as
`to upgrade`, therefore the index is lost forever.
To solve this, we re-init the models that belong to the set of the intersection
between upgraded and modified models and loaded and modified models.
Fixes#24958
Before this patch the registry and cache signaling was only activated
for PreforkServer. In case Odoo was deployed in a multi process/multi
threaded architecture the signaling was not ensured, causing registry
de-synchronisation amongst threaded servers.
The transcoding of a mail (transforming CSS into inline styles on the
element nodes of the mail) used the form:
property:value;
So when a mail is saved, it would be eg. with `style="property:value;"`
and when it is being edited "property:value" is removed if available via
CSS stylesheet given the structure.
But the sanitize_style (introduced in bfe7aafa7) adds an espace before
the value (which is more pretty but was probably not choosen in
transcoding to decrease size of mail):
property: value;
so the inline style would not be removed when editing possibly causing
conflict with the editor.
With this commit, the sanitize_style doesn't add a space. It could have
been changed in transcoding but the code is already rather slow and we
don't want to use a regex replace or two string replace instead of the
current one string replace.

Assume a custom field F is defined on model 'res.partner'. The setup of F may
silently fail because of missing stuff. In that situation, setting up the
field inherited from F on model 'res.users' should also silently fail.
To reproduce the bug, install Invoicing, create a related custom field F on
'res.partner' with 'property_account_position_id.active', and install another
module. Setting up F after loading module 'base' will fail because the field
'property_account_position_id' does not exist yet. The error is not caught by
the inheritance of F on model 'res.users', and the installation crashes.

The issue occurs when `read_group` is called with a date/datetime field to
group and order on, and the group_by is qualified, such as:
model.read_group(..., groupby=['date:week'], orderby='date')
The ORDER BY clause in the query should use the same term as the GROUP BY
clause for the corresponding field.

Install a database in some other language than en_US
In debug mode and in the app list viewer,
you'll see that the apps field are translated into your language
Then do an "Update App List"
Reload your page
Before this commit, the Apps' field lost their translation
This was because when checking for any updated data for known modules,
the ORM fetched the translation automatically, and compared the old (translated)
value with the new (English) value from the manifest
After this commit, This operation doesn't make the translations to be lost,
because only english values are compared
