get_installed and _lang_get_id are both ormcached and correctly check
the context
Retrieving a res.lang from a code is a frequent action that can be
achieved with _lang_get (cf previous commit).
Using _lang_get ensure the active_test in the context is correct and
is not poluted with another context propagation issue.
odoo/odoo#35490 discussion is an example of bad context propagation

Multi is the default api for methods, it is not necessary to explicitly
decorate methods with it, adds clutter and most people use it because
they see that the rest of the code uses it.
Done with `find . -type f -name '*.py' | xargs sed -i '/@api.multi/d'`
The following trick used to work, because `sudo()` was actually making
an environment for the superuser to operate upon:
request.env[...].sudo().method(...)
It no longer works in general, since `sudo()` now makes an environment
in superuser mode but with `uid=None`! It may still work by accident
for operations that never use `env.uid`, but is broken in general.
Using `auth='public'` fixes the problem by using the public user when no
user is available.

The old tree views don't really exist anymore, this odd pseudo-flag to
dispatch between "list" and "tree" tree views has no reason to remain.

Before this commit, the gengo private password was displayed in
plaintext in edit mode. This is due to text fields being rendered as
`textarea` in edit mode, which does not support the "password" type.
This commit fixes the issue by turning this field to `Char`, so that
it is rendered as `input` with type "password" in edit mode.
The loss of multi-line from `textarea` is not a big deal, because
gengo passwords are not that long.

The gengo module is used for automatic translation, if you try to
uninstall the module, at some point the required models/fields of
gengo no more exist but the module is still in use by odoo for
every translation.
This commit fixes the problem by disabling the gengo translations
when the system is installing/uninstalling a module.

This commit adapts the business code to changes introduced by
the parent commit in order to keep the same behaviour as before.
All readonly=False fields will have to be checked afterwards to confirm
that the business case requires write access to the source field.
