Since PyPDF2 gives bad results for PDF indexing, stop using it since it
raises more issues than it helps users.

ThanhDodeurOdoo 1dbb555aab [FIX] document: JS feature disabled 
Reason: This feature currently has unfixed bugs, does an unnecessary RPC and
was functionally replaced by a button inside the chatter in commit
7f97c9f and the menu inside the debug manager in commit d12b88315.

This commit disables the JS part of the document module to prepare
for the complete removal of the whole module and the MOV of
the indexation to base.

Closes #27613

Nicolas Lempereur ac1e187eea [FIX] document: no query attachment out of form view 
Since cce70fd4 the attachment menu is only displayed for form view.

But if in another view there is active_ids (eg. selecting record in a
list view), we will still make a query to ir.attachment without using
the result.

Without the code change, the added test would fail when doing a
search_read RPC call to ir.attachment model.

Nicolas Lempereur b3a3ad8099 [FIX] document: updateEnv->redraw on not form view 
In ac1e187ee some unecessary code and RPC were removed by ignoring
attachments in the sidebar when they would never be shown.

But there was an regression since `updateEnv` function would not
longer call redraw (which is also called in _super function).
