Defined as this, the label of the selection field were translated during code
import, when building the python model, not when a user access the field values
as it should (and is already the case thanks to the ORM).
Trying to translate a string when no user-context is available is not only
useless but may cause bug on services with multiple databases (e.g. a SaaS).
In a multi-worker environment, when the code is imported, the _ method will use
multiple scenarios to detect the language and get a cursor.
As we have no available cursor in the frame (method _get_cr from GettextAlias),
the fallback is made on the cursor of the request.
In a multi-worker environment, this could be a cursor linked to a database in
another language than English.
In such scenario, the selections would be translated in the language of the
other database instead of displaying it in English

Regenerate all child translations based on the .pot
Remove the terms that are either equal to the parent, either equal to the
source term.
Remove empty translation files
Same reason as 8d948d92.
In firefox if barcode is installed, for example on a form view the keys
to navigate the possible scrolling PageUp/PageDown/Home/End don't work
at all.
This is caused by the interface barcode catching and differences of the
key event handling between firefox and other browser.
So in this change, we add these keys so they are not catched by barcode.
note: aso backport 5bc29744c so the code is the same between 10 and 11.

Reexport base translations to include all missing modules
On mobile, some barcodes didn't trigger in the picking screens, notably
O-BTN.validate. This is due to the use of parent() to check if the
button is in a dropdown, as parent() only checks one DOM-level upwards.
The button being inside a <ul><li>, we need to check more levels than
one to pass the condition and trigger the button press.
By changing parent() to parents(), the entire chain will be checked, not
just one level, and the button press is correctly triggered.

The quality of the Spanish (Argentina) translations is very poor.
Remove them all and will start from scratch, translating only when needed.
The barcodes modules had documentation only available on apps.odoo.com,
following a recent change, odoo modules are not displayed on
apps.odoo.com anymore.
Thus this commit merges the documentation onto the module description so
it is available on the module page.
