The quality of the Spanish (Argentina) translations is very poor.
Remove them all and will start from scratch, translating only when needed.
- transform odoo.py -> odoo-bin / recent branches + pip3 packages
- deactivate wpa_supplicant when starting dhcpcd automatically
- postgresql create clusters manually
- latest stretch raspbian image / add versatile-db.ptb for kernel-qemu
- ifconfig output change
- upgrade hw_-modules:
hw_escpos: to python3
hw_posbox_homepage: to v11: csrf does not work as it needs a database
hw_posbox_upgrade: to python3 decode utf-8
hw_scale: to python3
hw_proxy: to python3
With the commit, the posbox will also work on the new Raspberry Pi 3b+
Have a XMLReceipt with the line:
<barcode encoding="CODE39">123456789</barcode>
Print the receipt.
Before this commit, jibbrish characters were printed and also kinda 'broke'
the spacing between commands
e.g. If you add an EAN13 barcode below the code39 it would have failed to print correctly too
After this commit, everything prints correctly

* remove references to basestring & unicode (use relevant pycompat
helpers)
* remove some str calls (either entirely or replaced by relevant
helper, either text or native)
* use better API to avoid unnecessary conversions
* remove some XML declarations in views
Dominican team is focused on Transifex traductions using es.po,
as es_DO.po has a lot of issues in the website and reviewed strings
with wrong wording and mixing english and spanish. From now on
Dominican Republic will inherit es.po and just make specific changes
on github just in the needed words or setences that change base on
region.
Closes#18834
``import odoo.addons.foo as bar`` doesn't seem to properly trigger the
import hook in Python 3 (it blows up on decimal_precision and
base). Thus convert *all* examples of that pattern to the more
sensible ``from odoo.addons import foo as bar``.
In Python 3:
* various builtins and dict methods were changed to return
view/iterable objects rather than lists
* and the separate Python 2 view/iterable builtins and methods were
removed altogether
This is problematic when using these items as list (which the happens
repeatedly in Odoo), but more viciously when iterating *multiple times*
over them (which also happens, which I've messed up multiple times while
writing this, and which is a pain to debug even when you've just created
the issue).
Convert all code using these to semantics-matching cross-version
helper functions to get the LCD behaviour between P2 and P3, and
forbid the builtins via lint.
issue #8530
In Python 3, ``print`` becomes a builtin function. This is available
in Python 2 by importing the ``print_function`` feature from
``__future__``, the feature is conveniently still available in Python
3 (it just does nothing).

#8530
In some cases, the description fails (unknow printer, udev issues,...) and while
the printer works fine, the description fails.
This is a cherry pick of 994d45f4 to 8.0 (as the posbox is built on top of it)
Some printers (e.g. matrix/impact printers) may have a hard time
keeping up with the text output, and may trigger timeout errors
because of this, even though they would otherwise produce a correct
result.
Increasing the default timeout to 5s (from the default 1s) should
take care of most slow printers out there.
