Before this commit, links to the documentation were referenced the
previous version, 13.0, instead of the current one, 14.0.
Eventhough there is a redirection done by NGINX of a "versionless" URL
to the latest one (e.g. /documentation/user/general/auth/google.html
-> /documentation/user/14.0/general/auth/google.html as of today), the
goal is to keep links owrking for users that will still be using the
14.0 in three years (and should not endup on the 17.0 doc).

Current ordering is Access Rights - Oauth - Preferences. However we think
that preferences has an higher priority than Oauth. We therefore switch
both tabs so that Preferences is displayed before Oauth.

Allows accessing various keys, especially whether this is an
interactive login or not.
Also have the xml-rpc `login` delegate to `authenticate` instead of
having its own half-assed implementation.
And remove some dead code: as far as I can tell, Session.authenticate
is never called with a uid.

- Change the font-awesome icon from fa-book to fa-question.
- Change the icon color to text-secondary (the same than the multi-company
icon).
- Adjust the icon size to the uppercase text size.

The current kanban view is messy. It is difficult to identify which
apps are installed or not. The user can completely miss a module
that might have interested him. A search panel would make things way
more readable.

A sequence field is present in the model but was not used.
After this commit, the field is used as sorting criteria. This allows to sort providers on the login page.

Purpose
=======
A 'book icon' link to the documentation of a feature has been
added in its settings panel, when it is useful (complex feature).
Add a nightly test that parses all the res_config_settings views
from the base one and checks that all documentation links are still valid.
Add the o_doc_link class to all documentation links to be able to easily
catch them if needed.

If the record with the external id 'auth_oauth.provider_google' does
not exist in the database, 'google_provider' variable will contains
None.
Before this commit, calling get and set methods produced an error.
After this commit, trying to set a token for Google Authentication
will do nothing.
While this is not ideal, one can assume somebody that deleted an OAuth
provider rarely wants to configure it and can still upgrade the module
to get it back.

In 0.15 accessing werkzeug.urls functions directly through werkzeug
is deprecated, the shortcut will be removed in the eventual werkzeug
1.0.
Fix existing uses of these shortcuts. Also cleanup some imports when
they're not far from a werkzeug* import being altered.

Slovenian language, as many others languages, is not present in the
beta/master projects in Transifex.
For some reason, Transiflex removed all current translations, this was
already fixed in 12, but as there are not automatic forward-port for
translations, this is a manual forward-port.

Before this patch, if some module was based on top of `auth_signup`, and `auth_oauth` was also installed in the same database, the only way to get the proper qcontext would be to call `super()` inside `web_auth_signup_qcontext`, which would produce a login, which is most likely not desired because such addon would try to add some logic on top of it that maybe prevents login based on some circumstances.
After this patch, any submodules can work properly without workarounds.
