- add a new checkbox on fiscal position: TaxCloud API
- when computing this fiscal position, it will:
- return an existing tax if one exists for the same tax
percentage, state, zip and TIC Category
- or create and return this tax if it does not exists yet
- Create a data fiscal position: country U.S., tax cloud API
- In l10n_us, add a settings in accounting: compute tax automatically using tax cloud.
NB:
- The signature of map_tax has been modified to optionally specify the product
and the partner on which the tax is applied
- The avoid the validationerrors that may occur while evaluation the tax with Taxcloud
when a public user is on the frontend shop (website_sale), we have to execute the
error silently by logging it.
When processing the delivery order coming from a sale order,
the delivery line must be created as sudo, as the user
processing the picking could not have the access rights
to create the extra line on the sale order
(e.g. for users being inventory users but not sales
users).

Purpose:
Having the res_group defined in base and sales_team auto installed
with mail doens't make sense.
- Move the empty res_config class and the related view from
base_setup to sales_team (base_setup only contains the 'General Settings'
model and views
- Move the 'sale' related content from product to sale module (Access rights,
menuitems,...)
- Set sales_team at autoinstall False. The module is installed when needed by
crm or sale for example
- Set sales_team as a dependency of voip. (Access rights defined for configuration
purpose)
- Set sales_team ad a dependency of subscription (Access rights issue too)
[FIX] account: move some ir.model.access to sale module
[FIX] payment: Move some ir.rule to website_sale
[FIX] stock: move some ir.model.access rule to sale_stock

Rename xmlids accordingly. Example: 'base.group_sale_manager' becomes
sales_team.group_sale_manager.
[ADD] sales_team: See own documents => See only his sales team
Moved the "User: Own Leads Only", "User: All Leads" and "Manager" groups from sale and crm
into sales_team module. Add the record rules so that user can see only his Own Sales Team
if "See Own Leads" is sales right and can see all sales teams if he is having sales rights
of "See All Leads" or manager.
The field "carrier_id" must be hidden for the incoming stock picking.
In stock picking view form,
for an incoming stock picking, the Destination Location Zone must be hidden
for an outgoing stock picking, the Source Location Zone must be hidden

This was no longer possible to create a picking from scratch.
`Inventory > Your Company: Receipts > Create`
Because `picking_type_id` is not in the res returned by the above call to default_get
Even by forcing `picking_type_id` in the `fields` list,
it doesn't return the value in the fields.
In odoo at many places the filter items are having repeated strings eventhough the
fiter works differently , so find all the places where this happens and give
proper string to each filter..
