Alexandre Kühn a87d761fdb [IMP] core: menu tip ux/ui improvement 
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.

Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.

With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.

The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

Add a company field on the maintenance equipment, equipment categories, maintenance request
and maintenance team (maintenance users from a company do not see equipments, categories
and requests from another company and Equipment Manager can create the maintenance teams).

Kinjal Mehta 22a4ac1b30 [IMP] maintenance: Add archive/unarchive on teams and equipments 
Purpose
=======

Right now user not able to archive maintenance equipments and maintenance teams which are no longer in use.

Specification
=============

Add archive button in form view of Equipments and teams. Also add filter on list view.

Don't put a specific team by default on equipment, select the first unarchived one instead.

Martin Trigaux 4af12acc80 [I18N] es_ cleaning translations 
The regional variations are not published on Transifex and hsould be translated
manually.

The translations are mainly from previous versions or contains buggy fuzzy
translations (not matching the real source string).

Clean based on the .pot and delete the empty files

Martin Geubelle 0593fd8954 [FIX] *: correctly display grouped dashboard 
The rev. odoo/odoo@93bf26a modifies the way kanban record defines their size.
Kanban dashboards used to define a fixed size and reset it when grouping.
This fixed size should in fact only be set for ungrouped kanban as the column
size is fixed.
