Fix issue of %s or %(name)s present in source but not in translation
in language not available on transifex.com/odoo/
Also correct a account danish (da) translation that was reported to be
an issue.

As commit 066cfc9598 did for other website_module, this commit make theses
2 modules multi-website compatible.
Mostly by:
- Adding website_id in form/list views
- Preventing routes from being accessed by wrong website (only needed for
admin as portal users will get a 403)
- Adapt search([]) with multi website domain
- Add domain in model converter in routes for URL autocomplete (eg menu URL)
Note that it is not needed for sitemap.xml

Future update will allow to save oe_structure editions in an inherited
view instead of editing the original view in place. The condition is
to have an id on the .oe_structure element which contains the
'oe_structure' string.
This commit adapts the business code to changes introduced by
the parent commit in order to keep the same behaviour as before.
All readonly=False fields will have to be checked afterwards to confirm
that the business case requires write access to the source field.
This commit adds various fixes to blog and forum:
- Some templates were mising a name, resulting in ugly page title
(eg: forum_all)
- Latest Blogs page was checking seo keywords to display tags, maybe it was
coming from an old tag implementation that used seo keywords?
- If only one forum, land on it directly when accessing /forum, like blog
does
- ..
This gives the user an overview of the possible actions,
including those he currently does not have installed.
It allows him to quickly install the missing applications
without having to go on the backend.
The commit also improves the existing actions:
- correct handling of the actions deferred
- add some translated terms

Purpose of this commit is to give description more "business oriented"
because those descriptions appears in Odoo Studio which is supposed to be used by end users, not only by developers.
