Purpose of this commit is to have some demo data that are coherent. Main things
done in this commit are
* clean the body of the first mass mailing given to the user in order to have
a content more inlined with odoo emails;
* update filter of the demo mass mailing to limit the results to something
predictable, aka contacts of ReadyMat;
* update statistics to be really linked to customer of the demo company by
setting model and res_id;
* create a statistics for each child of the company ReadyMat so that stat
buttons redirect correctly to a filetered view;

Purpose of this commit is to improve user experience in mass mailing by
redirecting users on filtered views when clicking on sent / delivered /
read / opened / clicked stat buttons. Currently it redirects to the
statistics view which is not the most useful one.

- When checking if a recipient has already received a mass mailing, the
record model for the recipient was not checked.
Which leads to false positives.
Purpose of this commit is to improve settings by improving labels and
section titles. Purpose is to ease use of settings by users and make

The default value for failure_type was the 'NONE', instead of being
simply False/NULL. This represents a significant waste of tablespace
with no added value.
Switching to true NULL value for representing the absence of error
also save some precious time during database upgrades on databases with
large numbers of emails.
While fixing the values for failure_type, also fixed a few typos and
untranslated strings.

In unsubscribe page, if the user try to come back
(and be removed from the blacklist)
but his email have been deleted from the blacklist,
it was leading to an error.
Instead, and in order to keep a trace of what the user asked,
if the email is not found in the blacklist, the record will be
created but archived directly.
Also, it aligns the return of both methods _add/_remove
Reviewing unsubscribe page style and button naming.
Rewritting the feedback controller to be easily readable.
Renaming blacklist creation date field in form to remove confusion.
Contacts is now installed when installing mass_mailing.
It was possible to send mass mailing to contact without having
the contact app installed. which was a non sense because the user could not
manage the contacts and the admin could only send mail to the contact demo data,
which is not very useful.
Campaign Tags and Campaign Stages was accessible in debug mode even if
campaign was not activated in the mass_mailing settings.
there are now not available if the option is not activated.
In order to be align between kanban view and form detailed view of mailing,
the name of the delivered mails have been aligned into a signle work : delivered.
Fix Issue : With Mass Mailing Campaigns option activated only: if I go to Campaigns menu, I see 'Newsletter', I click on it and I am redirected to Mailings but don't see anything
because the filter 'My Mailings' is activated. In my opinion, there is an inconstancy somewhere. Is it only due to demo data?
Reason : Since System and Admin users refactoring, in one case, we see the data of system, because no filter, ine other case, we see only admin data because filter. As the mailing creator is system and not admin anymore.
Since modification on the group by filter on date field,
a forced value like group by date:month doesn't work anymore.
the user can choose the period but the forced value is not selected
when activating the group by.
Anyway, as it is more convenient to let the user choose the period
he wants to group by, the following groupby filters have been renamed
and the forced value have been removed.
In Mailings menu > Group By menu: rename 'Sent Month' by 'Sent Period'
In Mainling Lists > Group By menu: rename 'Creation Month' by 'Creation Period'
In Reporting > Group By menu: rename 'Scheduled Month' by 'Scheduled Perdiod'
