On website/theme installation and other website_* module installation,
an action was triggered to launch tours. These tours are now used only
for tests and should not be used as onboarding anymore.
Note: in master these tours will be removed to use the new test system.
Before this commit, an empty column was always added in website_event
to allow to website_event_sale to add the remaining place if <25%.
Now we only add the column if needed, so only if one line need it.
* Adapt modals for new pages/product/... to leave some space for tour
tips on the right
* Remove the "click on add page" step which was the start of each tours
and leave it to be the last of the website tour
* Change position of some tips
* Remove step "click on parent button" in website tour as it is not
necessary anymore
* Remove the possibility to skip the frontend tours
Refactor snippet structure
* new "cover" snippet
* move the title out of col-md-12
* delete snippets (s_quote_slider)
* rename snippets (FAQ Roller -> Accordion)

Refactor the way the background images are handled so that themes
can customize the defaults ones easily without ugly xpath or ugly
css.
To be displayed correctly on odoo app (In a given category and not only in all or hidden)

On the website,
when registering for an event with ticket,
the placeholder `Attendee #` could not be translated,
as `t-att` attributes are not translated.
An alternative is to put the string to translate
in a `t-set` node, which can be translated, and
to use the variable assigned in this `t-set`
in the `t-att` attribute.

Purpose:
Registration form needs some improvement : When there is lots of question
and answer and sometimes question is too long then view is mashed/weired
Improve the view and show one question and one answer on line, next question
and answer will come on next line,
Also change the common question/answers view, put question answer in
inline and each question/answer should come into next line

Another reason why it’s better to change ‘not archived’ into ‘active’ is
because ‘active’ is the functional name of this field in the filter list in list view.
For the rest, it’s just a better en_US way of saying it.
Template arch can contrains "groups" attributes on the html tag but can't have group_id setted. (to allow a cache per template and lang instead of a cache per template, user and lang)
