For a first iteration, Russian translations were done using DeepL using
1 large .pot file of all the standard modules to translate (e.g. no
localizations, no test modules, etc). Unfortunately for some reason
doing a msgmerge with the existing ru.po files didn't seem to work, so
old "Translators" metadata at top of files were lost (maybe they will be
re-added during next Transifex sync?)

The aim of this commit is to improve the impact and rendering of app
icons in bright and dark mode. It also reduces the size of svg files.
To achieve that, this commit updates the colors to flat colors. This
change will make the icons stand out and improve their readability.

In a previous commit 8bfa76a, _lt() returns _t().
So, in this commit, all usages of _lt() are replaced by _t().

The 'frontend_lang' cookie is used to 'cache' the user's preferred lang.
We want to make sure that this language preference is preserved for a
longer period of time than just the life of the browser. This means that
even if you quit your browser and come back into the year, your
preferred language will be used, until you choose to remove your cookies.
The 'utm_*' cookies are used to 'track' where you are coming from on the
instance. The purpose of these cookies is to know the tracking value
to improve the overall user experience or compute the profitability of
some campaigns. Now we keep these cookies for 1 month.

Currently, only stable releases see their translations updated. This has
resulted in master accumulating outdated stuff for years, which can be
confusing for users testing master on runbot.
This one-shot commit resynchronizes master translations based on the
content from 16.0 and removes empty PO files (i.e. no longer containing
translations).

The introduction of Milk has brought new app icons.
Using the svg format creates a lack of anti-aliasing on the edges of the
shapes, which makes the icons look bad.
Since the png size has been reduced, we can afford to use the png format
to have the best possible quality without having a lack of performance.

Also make sure they can be called with empty self/values,
i.e. that they follow the same behavior as the base methods
defined in the main orm Model.

**Before this commit**
With the following steps, it is possible to use kanban column quick
creation with unexpected fields, i.e. creating projects instead of
stages inside a project:
- Project > New > Groupby 'Project'
- Click on the "see examples" link in the column in creation
- Apply any column examples
- Instead of stages inside the project, new projects are created
**After this commit**
The kanban_examples registry elements should now clearly
state which are the allowed groupby fields.
The 'See examples' link will not be displayed if the groupby field
is not allowed.
**Usage**
See the modified files in project and utm modules in this commit.

According to Wiktionary, French spacing is "the archaic practice (though
still current in French) of inserting a space around colons, semicolons,
question marks, and exclamation marks". This is not standard practice in
English and most languages of the world.
The purpose of this commit is to start purging the code from this typo,
as it may reflect poorly on the software for some people.

**Before this commit**
- The optional "class" attribute set on the root node of a view arch
is ignored, except for the kanban view which has a custom
way of using it.
- The optional "js_class" attribute set on the root node of a view arch
does not have any impact on the class names passed to its controller.
**After this commit**
The content of the optional attribute "class" set on the root node of an
arch like in
<list class="o_custom_class">
...
</list>
as well as an additionnal class derived [1] from the value of the
"js_class" attribute set on the root node of an arch like in
<list js_class="extended_list">
...
</list>
will both be found in the prop "className" of any view controller.
[1] a js_class value of "xyz" yields to the class "o_xyz_view"
**Note on this commit**
The kanban view was already appending the root node class attribute
to its renderer element. This is no longer the case and some styling
rules has been adapted.
