Method `get_default_fields`
===========================
Currently all the methods beginning by `get_default` are used to fetch their default values, usually by looking in the ir.config_parameter table.
As several methods `get_default_fields` have been defined in res_config classes, it better to define it in base and calling to super to avoid side effects like the following example
- 2 classes that override the same class and define the same method. In that case one method will never be called, as it is ovewritten by the other.
Method `set_fields`
===================
Currently all the methods beginning by `set_` are used to set their values, usually in the ir.config_parameter table.
As several methods `set_fields` have been defined in res_config classes, it better to define it in base and calling to super to avoid side effects like the following example
- 2 classes that override the same class and define the same method. In that case one method will never be called, as it is ovewritten by the other.
Methods `get_default_foo` and `set_foo`
=======================================
This commit deprecates the method starting with `get_default_` or `set_` in the res.config models. A warning is raised in that case.
NUL characters must not be used in query parameters,
as they will be ignored by libpq, being end-of-string
characters.
Preventing NULs avoids unexpected results from
queries. It is only necessary with psycopg2
versions before 2.7, which includes the upstream
fix.
Issue: when using `copy` in a given lang, the value of XML/HTML fields is
copied in its translated form, making existing translations useless. Fix the
value of such fields by storing their original value instead.

in an empty db, when creating manually a user, there is some noise on the form

- Rename application into "Application Accesses"
- Remove the button to change password, just keep the action, normally, you don't have to do that.
When adding a Python constraint on a (relational) field which uses an
other (relational) field, the order in which the fields are written is
also the order in which they are checked, and if a constraint depends
on a sibling field this might blow up in P3, here as in as in
test_new_api.message.Message (_check_author constraint depends on
parent discussion's participants): test_11_stored would commonly fail
when creating a discussion with two participants and 3
messages (because the message's authors would be checked before the
participants had been associated with the discussion).
Python 3's hash randomisation means columns can be iterated — and thus
initialised — in any order (within a given model/override anyway),
which means there can be an implicit dependency on column
initialisation order e.g. (res.company).currency_id has a default
which fetches the currency_id of the company_id of the administrator,
and res.company has a _order=sequence,name, if the currency_id field
is created before the sequence the SELECT query will blow up as the
sequence column will not exist yet.
Attempt to always manipulate (iterate & initialize) fields based on
their order of definition using a global sequence number.
* Have the cleaned up style attributes be dumped in the same order
they were originally so that we can easily validate against text
content.
* While lxml's attributes are stored in an ordereddict, namespaces are
not and thus when comparing text serialisation of namespaced
documents the ordering of namespaces can differ between runs.
Fix by comparing the LXML trees directly.
This attribute will be used in the next commit to hide by default account menuitems in the account module to finally display them in the account_invoicing module.
Without this attribute, we should create the menuitems with the <menuitem> tag and after that make them inactive by using a <record> tag
The context is not in the kwargs when the integrity error is raised from
a rpc request. So the user lang was lost and the sql error message was not
translated.
The part treating the callable message in sql error is depracated.
