This allows rpc requests in `HttpCase` to use the cursor `self.cr`, which is
now shared between the Python test and the rpc requests. This simplifies code
to prepare a JS test, and code to check the result of a JS tour.

The access_token is automatically added by the media editor. It's added
on the website and by the html editor to send by email. The widget display
the attachments from 'ir.ui.view' (public attachment) and the attachment
from the current record.
Issue: can't load image in gmail or mobile because the client mail use a
proxy who avoid ours odoo access.
Purpose
=======
Lots of small things could be improved in the general settings (labels to rename, layout issues,...)
Specifications
==============
- auth_oauth: Remove useless title
- base_gengo, : Fix layout issue due to missing oe_inline class
- base_setup: Modify Inter_company_rule labels
- google_calendar: Remove technical menuitem leading to general settings
- ir_actions_todo, ir_ui_menu, mail_message_subtype: Add a handle widget on the line instead of displaying the sequence
When exporting to a tarfile, we first export each module's translations
to a file on the FS, then create a tarball from all of them.
With the P3 bytes/string split, translation export was defined to export
to a bytes IO object in order to work correctly with CSV (which work on
bytes IO for better cross-version compatibility). However the tgz file
export was left opening module's files in `w` mode, which in P3 means
text, which blows up as POFile expects to ultimately write to a bytes IO
object: it uses text, and a StreamReaderWriter is used to translate that
into an underlying bytes IO.
Fix by explicitly opening the files in binary mode.

In the transient model 'Change Password Wizard User', the many2one
`wizard_id` was not set as ondelete cascade even though this field was
required.
This was causing issues in the auto-vacuum cron if by chance this model
was cleaned up before the wizard ('Change Password Wizard').

Issue #813289
The is_portal flag was used before to define if a group is a portal group. This is not true anymore since the default portal group should be used for this purpose. All logic associated to this flag can be removed.

We fell on a strange situation in method `onchange`, where some data was
missing from cache when serializing the result. In that case, the
prefetching
overwrites so many stuff in cache that the results of the onchanges are
lost.
Don't let that happen.
The first day of week is a cultural habit usually linked to the language. An additionnal option could be added later on the user preferences to allow a user to change the first day of the week in his calendar view.
The result of the following:
```
float_round(2.5, precision_rounding=0.05, rounding_method='DOWN')
```
is 2.45. Instead, 2.5 is expected.
In case of the `DOWN` method, epsilon should be added, not subtracted.
In the meantime, we introduce a slight reorganization of the method to
make it clearer.
