The domain field on a website is used:
1) to get the right website in case of multi-website
2) to compute base URL of canonical URL
For the 2nd usage, a scheme can be set (eg. https://hello.world) that
will be used instead of default http://

Steps to reproduce:
- install website
- install the theme "clean"
- go to website > customize > customize theme
- select the first "extra color" (alpha) and change it
Previous behavior:
All extra color that have not been set previously have changed
automatically without notice
Current behavior:
the theme is either showing primary/secondary colors or only "extra" colors
Good themes are supposed to enforce primary = alpha and secondary = beta
All extra color that have not been set previously change automatically but
an information tooltip shows up when you hover alpha to avoid confusion

Since 11 June 2018, enabling Billing on your Google Project used for
showing static maps is required.
So you would follow the only direction of Odoo "Create a Google Project
and Get a Key" and nothing would work since you still need to enable
billing.
With this changeset, we add a link to the Google page explaining maps
billing costs, current free usage tier and so on. And on this page the
"Get started" button will enable billing if needed.
There is another page with deeper explanation but it is very technical
and currently only available in english:
https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started
note: also improve text of has_google_maps option

When you try to create two users with the same login, the shown error message is
the Postgresql integrity error instead of a nice (translated) validation error.
This happens since bf88f3e which changed the way error messages are translated.
The reason is the manually created unique index `res_users_login_key_unique_website_index`.
The error handling and translation mechanisms don't know it exists.
The index was created for performance reasons in commit b5a12b4 where the
original python constraint was replaced with this custom SQL index.
In this commit, the python constraint is re-introduced to remove the index hack,
but the implementation now uses a single SQL query, which should be quite fast.
