Google made the use of an API key mandatory to use the "Google Static
Maps API". The API key field will be created for the upcoming version.

This commit fixes two problems:
* Clicking on the save button of a web_editor dialog closed the dialog
two times because the button was created with the flag "close: true"
and binded to a handler which closes the dialog. This also prevented
to extend this handler by placing the this._super call in a deferred.
* Some web_editor dialog extended the save callback but forgot to use
the this._super, which prevents the "saved" event to be triggered
(currently not used anywhere but useful for custo and master).
When a user try to create a new page info, he is redirected
to the /page/info because the xmlid already exists...
The problem is that this view need to be rendered via the
controller /website/info which gives some extra values (version, ...)
The fix for v8 is to redirect /page/info to /website/info.
In V9, the behavior is changed and one page info-1 will be created.
But this fix is also required for direct access to /page/info.
To do in master: maybe use another xml_id that this basic name 'info'?
This commit fix issue #8022
/!\ This is a backport from saas-10
When duplicating a question in the FAQ Roller snippet, the cloned
question was opening the original answer instead of its own answer.
The id of the user to browse has been omitted
during the below forward port revision:
95a2f8b121
We can see in the original revision that it was
correctly there:
cbb51610ee
This had as wrong side-effect to not display
views with a group set in the customize menu,
as it checked the groups of a null user browse
recordset.

Closes#12895
The welcome message was using the mt/mb classes to add some space on
top and bottom of it. This is fine when the background-color of the
website is white, but this is not the case with every theme.
To fix the problem, add padding in LESS instead. Also move the inline
style in LESS to prevent theme extension problems.
The code for page creation from menu edition dialog was there but
invisible to the user because of a wrong qweb template inheritance.
Indeed, the edit menu dialog relies on an extension of the link dialog
template. But this one is extended in-place in another location and
that extension is not considered when the second extension is made
because a t-extend always use the base template. The only solution to
achieve the same result is to copy the edit menu dialog qweb extension
in Javascript.
Note: the feature was still available from the link dialog in page
edition though because this was not concerned by the wrong qweb
extension.
However, adding a page by this way would create multiple pages because
one was created each time a page name was entered (and not only on
save !). So typing "test", then changing its mind and typing "hello",
then rechanging to "test", then hitting the save button created the
"test, "test-1", "test-2" and "hello" pages.
This fix takes advantage of an already present parameter which can
determine if a new page should be created or not. However, a code
refactoring should be done in master for these classes.
This is done in order to enable the tour service only for the
superuser. Commit 6ef1644a7b changed the meaning of `is_admin`
to achieve this but broke the fact that some features of the debug
manager are available to admin and not only to the superuser. Anyway
a `is_admin` key should mean that the user is in the admin group.
We could have checked client side that the uid is equal to 1 but
adding a `is_superuser` key is more elegant and easier to grep.
Also fix the only occurence of a uid check in the weblcient.
This reverts commit 6ef1644a7b.
The tip does not have to wait for this extra_trigger to show up.
Also, waiting for it seems to induce some bugs on chrome under
certain screen sizes, so best to avoid them.
Alse reduce the size of this tip as it is too big for small screen
sizes.
Tour blog ended with forcing the user to click on a fake element. So
the end of tour blog and banner had to be changed.
Also, the tour step could appear in edit mode which is not what we
wanted.
* Remove double scrollbar which appeared on chrome
* Remove strange whitespace on top of the preview due to the removal
of the odoo navbar (the code was wrongly adapted)
A tour step mentionned the "features" block and selected the nth
snippet. The problem is that the nth snippet is not the features
block for every theme.
On website/theme installation and other website_* module installation,
an action was triggered to launch tours. These tours are now used only
for tests and should not be used as onboarding anymore.
Note: in master these tours will be removed to use the new test system.
