When comparing floats, `float_compare` must always
be used to avoid precision issues.
e.g., percentages like 1.0000000000000002
must be considered as equal to 1.

It is using an already existing field that wasn't used anymore ('account_type') but as a lot of domains on analytic accounts were
- wrong (still using old fields state and type that have been removed as well in the same commit),
- or defined directly in the views
so, an update of some modules may be needed in order to avoid further problems.
The test does not have hardcoded values referring to demo data anymore.
Moreover, in the test, we now use values which are different from the
demo data (621.54 instead of 700). Overall, this will make the test more
robust.
hr_expense: change car travel sale price
Car Travel Expense is used as a product invoiced at sale price.
Therefore, it is more useful to have a cost price and a sale price which
are different.
The whole idea of this commit is to avoid having the same values
everywhere.

The journal_id field was required which prevented to install the module without
chart of account in demo mode.
Force the journal only when generating the entries ibnstead.
Main addons updated :
- crm: Conversion and Won / Lost actions
- hr_holidays: Approve / Refuse for hr users / officers
- project: Assign / New (task and issues)
- forum, website_project_issue, website_portal_sale: go to the
website view
Major changes:
- No use of UoS anymore
- No journal since invoicing is managed in Sale
- No invoicing from timesheet
