Martin Trigaux 86a25a68e7 [I18N] resynchronise all translations with .pot 
Regenerate all child translations based on the .pot
Remove the terms that are either equal to the parent, either equal to the
source term.
Remove empty translation files

qsm-odoo 6713d03ac8 [REF] theme_bootswatch: update themes to scss and review support 
Remove support of:
- Theme Amelia: removed with bootstrap 3.3.0, but released in odoo at
  bootstrap version 3.2.0 (should have been removed since Odoo 9.0
  (boostrap version 3.3.5))
- Theme Readable: removed with bootstrap 4.0.0 so it is best to remove
  it now so as we are gonna migrate to bootstrap 4.0.0.

We may want to add new bootswatch theme with bootstrap 4.0.0 migration.

This commit also adds the missing LICENSE file.

qsm-odoo a6393130e6 [REF] theme_bootswatch: reorganize folder 
Reorganize the theme folder to follow standard hierarchy. In particular,
the libs are now placed in a dedicated folder in the /static/lib folder
instead of the /static/src folder.

Denis Vermylen (dve) 3d53a74052 [FIX] theme_*: restore category to theme 
category was changed to "Website" so it'd appear under the website
category in the store, but it needs to be "Theme" otherwise it doesn't
appear in the "Choose your theme" menu after installing website.
