There was multiple issues with `website_sequence` field, mostly coming from
commits during the last few years (eg 43c544f8a8) that tried to change the
`website_sequence` order to be the same as `sequence` but changing only part of
the code.
Other commits tried to restore that again by changing only some parts.
This commit does:
1. Originally, the `website_sequence` was supposed to be the opposite of
`sequence` field, the greater the first.
This commit ensure this is not the case anymore and it is used as the
regular `sequence` field.
2. `website_sequence` demo data was set between 4 and 1000, no need to use so
big differences. Plus, having a website_sequence set to 4 means the next
product would already have negative value.
3. Add `website_sequence` field in tree view in place of `sequence` for website
product view, and in debug mode on form view.

Commit 5804246e0f introduced some improvements to speed up performances.
One of them was to check if a customize_show view was active or not but the
condition was on view.customize_show instead of view.active.
Thus, as that view is always a customize_show, the condition would always be
met.

Since multi-website 4f6ec1cd2a, `website_published` became a computed field
and `is_published` was introduced for storing the old `website_published` value
Still, old SQL select was trying to read `website_published` instead of
`is_published`.
Step to reproduce:
- Create a Membership Product
- Create a Membership Customer
- Add the Membership to the Customer (Buy Membership)
- Publish the Customer
- Go to /members, it will error 500

Before this commit, self.env.ref would always find the generic view loaded from
the assets.
Disabling a customize_show view on a website would not hide completely the
feature as the self.env.ref would retrieve the active generic one and not the
inactive specific one.
Step to reproduce (on one of the module):
- Install website_sale_wishlist
- Disable "Wishlist" on the Customize menu of /shop
- Go to a product page, the wishlist hearth icon is still there

Closes#29347
Future update will allow to save oe_structure editions in an inherited
view instead of editing the original view in place. The condition is
to have an id on the .oe_structure element which contains the
'oe_structure' string.
[FIX] web_editor: adapt col size to avoid too small select
We should avoid col-md-3 in col-md-9 as the menu dialog is instanciated at 2
places:
- When creating a link in the editor
- When editing website navbar menu
In the second case, there is a hack in `content.js` to remove `modal-lg`
lowering the width of the modal and making the select too small.
[FIX] website: lower navbar font size
With BS4, font-size of navbar element went from 13px to ~17px (rem unit
computation).
14px seems better than previous 13px as the frontend content size is
higher than the backend one. Thus, 13px looks too small in contrast with the
frontend page content.
[FIX] website_crm_partner_assign, website_customer, website_membership: fix layout
This commit fixes multiple layout issues, mainly by aligning code of the 3
modules:
- Add margin right to avoid text to be against image
- Using image_medium everywhere
- Fixing search input width
publish toggle red + odoo primary is weird -> gray
navbar now has a background & float-right not working since flex
-> remove navbar class, use d-flex and ml-auto so the right element will be floating since using all available width
