Now that we have proper support for RTL language, add an Arabic language with
code "ar" (while the only possiblity before was ar_SY).
Use ar_AA code as Arabic unitag.
In master, the ar_SY could be removed as no need to have both.
Add Bengali language

When users create an automated action to trigger when a record is updated,
they assume each update is 'atomic' in some sense.
It is not the case, as one write may trigger many write, some in recompute.
As a result, any update may trigger a dozen actions (or more).
We add a field wich allows us to specify which field we want to watch.
For instance, you could select the field 'state on quotation',
and thus only action would be triggered on confirming the quotation.
The link_field_id is a field that allows to link a record of the source model
to a new record of the target model, through a many2one.
However many target records can be created, so every one of them
(except the last) ends up orphan.
We allow for one2many and many2many fields to be used,
and in these cases we add the newly created record to the list.

Let the database be in multi-company with unshared contact catalog.
Let F be a filter "('partner_id', 'not ilike', 'string')" on invoices.
If there is a contact which parent belongs to another company,
then this parent cannot be read.
Thus the name_get on partner can create an access error.
As a result applying the filter F would fail and return no results.
It generally doesn't make much sense to have a contact company X, which belongs
to the Odoo Company OC1, while its child contacts are in another Odoo company,
since many fields are directly computed from the parent.
However it is useful to have X belongs to no company, while it has child
contacts X>Yi belonging to company OCi.
In the first case it can create access errors interrupting the normal flow of
operations, while the latter should not.
To forbid the first case while allowing the second, we synchronize company_id,
but add a special case to ignore it if it set to False.
Note that PR#30997 should be used in case the name_get causes an error for
another reason that is deemed a legitimate use-case.

In small devices, onboarding bars are displayed vertial, which
takes too much screen space, and user has to scroll down
a lot to view actual content.
This commit improves the behavior by showing onboarding bars
horizontally (with scrolling) in small devices also, and thus
occupying minimal screen space.

In the overrides of _name_search we should avoid creating domains with
huge lists of ids as it is inefficient.
We can also make sure that we optimize the empty search as in this case
the custom domain doesn't make sense, we can simply search on an empty
domain and, thanks to the limit argument, still keep a fast query.

The 7d85ab1eac refactor of 'ir.http' introduced changes in `web/image` that
caused the route to no longer return early (to avoid data processing steps)
in the case of redirection and that caused `binary_content` to not set the
mimetype of the `ir.attachment` when it was an URL.
This commit fixes those issues, allowing `web/image` to redirect properly.

* Form would entirely mis-interpret the server's response to some
results: for unmodified o2m records the server sends a (4), which was
un-interpreted by Form, leading to the o2m record being lost entirely
(as it rebuilds the entire o2m on setting)
* on record creation, every field (except id) is considered modified not
just the fields set by default_get
* Form diverged from actual client in that it would send (1, id, {}) for
unmodified o2m records, actual client sends (4, id, False)
* datetimes should be sent stringified
* onchange should not be triggered when none of the modified fields is
flagged as an onchange trigger
* the default value for numerical fields is 0 not False
* convert m2m onchange results to (6, False, ids) instead of (6, 0, ids)
for ease of diffing with actual client's data
There are still a few odd divergences in the actual invocation of
onchange when attempted on an SO, but they look to be of low relevance
/ risk.
Note: making integer fields "required" has pretty much no effect
anymore. This is in line with (my understanding of) the client's
behaviour, but required the alteration of test models as the
specific test on required... was using an integer field.

Since AST was introduced to compile Qweb templates, the reset templates
functionality is not working anymore.
Actually, it does not even appear anymore as the conditions to trigger and show
the reset view behavior can't be True anymore.
Indeed, the code is still importing the old QWebException from odoo.exceptions
which is now just an empty class.
The QWebException that should now be used is the one from odoo.base.models.qweb
More than just a wrong import, the QWebException properties have completely
changed.
Since its last working version (Odoo 9.0), a lot of changes occured, mostly:
- Odoo 11.0: new model website.page, which completely changed the pages
behavior and changed the models.
- Odoo 12.0: multi-website, which introduced the Copy On Write (COW) that
redefined how we write on view in a website context. We now need to reset
copied/specific views that have no model_data_id.
This fix is for a stable version. There is some flows that can't be fixed
without a refactoring or new fields (mainly because of the arch_fs being
erased when writing on `arch`, plus we can't introduce a module reload in
stable).
The goal of this commit is to fix the basic and standard case of broken views,
which is when non-technical users are breaking the views through HTML editor.
To reset the views, we will read the original arch in the XML file, as the
dev mode is doing.
To be eligible for the reset, the broken view need an `arch_fs` set. If the
view arch has been modified anywhere else than the frontend, the `arch_fs`
will be erased and the view wont be able to be reset.
As the broken views will be specific views, we will simply read the generic
view in the XML file and write it on the specific. We can't simply remove the
specific view as we might be on a specific tree.
Specific case, in case of custom views create dropping a snippet in an oe_struc
we just delete this inehrited view to allow end user to have their page back.
In some case of bad compilation in sub template, we try to guess which inherited
view, t-called view is broken by string matching based on 'last_path_node' xpath.
Add new module test_website to add tests, it will be usefull for futur test of
install/uninstall and ...
Todo in master:
- try to track on QWebException the real template that is broken and not only
the last node from the main template.

Before this commit, sending an object by email would always link to web.base.url
even if the object was created from a specific website.
Now if the object has a website, we use the URL of that website if it is set.
The fallback will always be on the web.base.url.

- Set a product barcode to a 8 letters value, e.g. 'AAAAAAAA'
- Print 'Product Barcode (PDF)' (or any other report containing the
barcode)
The barcode doesn't print.
All templates assume that:
- a 13 characters barcode is EAN13
- a 8 characters barcode is EAN8
But this assumption is too restrictive: one could want to generate
barcodes with such length without following the EAN13 or EAN8 structure.
We fall back on Code128 when the barcode generation fails.

Before this patch, if an m2m's relation field pointed to a model that
was to be deleted, the deletion of the aforementioned model wouldn't
trigger the m2m's deletion, which would lead to the registry crashing.
With this patch, whenever an ir.model is being unlinked, a check is
performed to verify that no other fields (m2m or otherwise) have this
model as a comodel, and if they do, they are unlinked as well.

Related to #30326
Before #30326, when calling html_sanitize, some content may be escaped
when it shouldn't. A simple example was images with cid links containing @.
(a first fix for another use case was made in 8aff53733b)
We suspect that this escaping (added in 71a92f46e4)
was made to avoid loosing email with format '<email@domaine>' in html_sanitize
to escape them if html_sanitize is called on plain text.
Anyway, only html should be passed to html_sanitize, and therefore email of format
<email@domain> should already be escaped.
PR #30326 fixes the unwanted behaviour in 12.0 and this commit removes
this logic in master.

When we search a partner, there is a system that show partner who match
exactly the searched term with non-alphanumeric character removed.
But since a6e1eb9f0a there is an issue that wrong partner match if:
- they have an empty string as VAT in the database (odd but can happen)
- if the searched term only contains non-alphanumberic characters
eg. i search 'é' -> all partner with empty string vat are found since
the empty search '' matches empty VAT ''
With this changeset, if there is no alphanumeric character we will check
depending on the operator `vat=NULL`, `vat like NULL`, `vat ilike NULL`
that all will not match any result (and in the query plan does not take
time).
