When installing the `hr_holidays_attendance` module without demo data,
and having the count extra hours options enabled, the extra hours time
off type would remain archived instead of being enabled.
This commit fixes that behaviour and will now start in sync with the
company option(s).

Adds new optional stages for the project.project model.
Previously projects would stay dormant when they were finished, we can
now define stages for those projects to determine where a stage is in
it's lifecycle.
Also adds some small changes to the project itself, such as adding tags.

This commit adds a progress bar that is displayed during the import (or import
test). It is only displayed when importing in batch mode.
The user can decide to stop the import. If it's the case, the current
batch is finalized and the import is interrupted afterwards.
The user can easily resume the import later starting from the line where the
batch was interrupted
e.g: interrupted after 300 / 500 lines, when you resume, it will start from
line 301.
(The above behavior is not applied in test mode, we never alter the starting
line when testing).
Side note: This commit also removes the alert-info box from batch import
disclaimer, for design beauty purpose.

PURPOSE
------
In the new pricelist report, showing the resulting price of a product in the
situation of a pricelist or another, for certain quantities, the specified
quantities are shown as "X Units".
This can be misleading when using multiple Unit of Measure, because
the quantites are expressed in the products unit of measures, thus
not always in "Units".
We should probably either group the products by UoM, to display
adequates column titles, or we should update the display to make sure the user
understands clearly that the prices are /unit in the product uom.
users should be able to 'hide' pricelist name on the PDF.

Issue: With a custom tax computation that depends on the quantity, when
the price of the item is 0, when changing the quantity,
the taxes are not changed
Steps to reproduce :
1) Install Accounting, and account_tax_python
2) Accounting > Configuration > Accounting > Taxes : create
a task :
Tax Computation: Python Code
Python code : `result = quantity * 0.3`
3) Accounting > Customer Invoices > New Invoice
4) Add a line with a product, unit price = 0, quantity = 2
5) Change the quantity, the tax does not change
Why is that a bug:
When the price is 0, changing the quantity doesn't affect
the price so the onchange is not triggered even though the
line changed

BEFORE THIS COMMIT
When creating a mailing.mailing from "Create a mailing", the form can contain
a mailing.list field. This is a m2m and one can create and edit lists from
there. However, when using create and edit, the default creation form contained
a few smart buttons that can make the user exit the view. This does not have
much sense for a mailing list being created, and we want the user to stay in
the mailing.mailing being created.
AFTER THIS COMMIT
The view mailing_list_view_form_simplified is used when using create and edit
from there instead of default form one. It does not include any misleading stat
buttons anymore.
The footer including discard and close buttons is removed and is added to a new
primary inheriting view mailing_list_view_form_simplified_footer, used instead
of the previous one in the mailing.list creation form in kanban view, keeping
the previous behaviour and clarifying structure.
Since the field is a many2many in this case, we want the user to be able to save
and create / save and new / discard. This was not the case before, removing the
footer will result in using the default one for m2m. That way, all these actions
will be available as well and work as expected.

In 12.0+ when adding an XI (Northern Ireland) VAT number on a vendor and specifying the country as United Kingdom, an error shows the VAT number as not valid. This is because the method to check specifically XI VAT numbers doesn't recognize XI as a country, and thus uses the GB VAT number verification, which doesn't recognize XI VAT numbers as it isn't up to date yet.
A temporary method to check XI VAT number was already added, but is never called because XI is not recognized as a country code.
With this commit, we add a list of known legitimate country codes, that are not considered as such in Odoo.

As nicely pointed by @kig-odoo at [1], the new feature of snippet
visibility conditions introduced in [2] has some issues. This fixes
the fact that condition identifiers were built by combining IDs without
a separator. A condition targeting a lang with ID:4 and another one with
ID:5 could thus produce the same condition identifier as another
condition targeting a lang with ID:45 (as 4 and 5 side-by-side makes
45...). Now, all parts of the identifiers are separated with '_'.

Since the latest OWL refactoring, "button" DOM element in tree views cannot
be defined without an associated action (it will crash on click).
In the survey module, we use a "fake" button to mark a question as conditional
(based on the answer of another question). The button functions as a simple
icon and has no attached action.
To fix the issue, we now mark the button as "disabled" so the click action will
not trigger anything.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Go to CRM and create a team.
- Create 2 Opportunities and assign them to the created team
- Put a date in the past for 'Expected Closing'
- Mark one of the opportunities as won
- Go to CRM > Sales > Teams
- You will see that the number of overdue opportunities is 1 but when clicking on it, it shows 2
Problem:
As an opportunity is in a stage with "is_won= True" so it was won (Probability 100%).
It should not be displayed with the overdue opportunities
Lost opportunities should not be displayed also.
Solution:
Opportunities won or lost have a closing date, so we can use this field to filter them:

Since Odoo 14.0 flag image is not a binary field anymore [1] and field name is
changed to `image_url`.
So, fix it by using the url directly.
STEPS:
* Flag image is used when user country_code is provided and there are events for
that country. The user country_code is computed by IP. If you run Odoo locally
you can temporarly update `get_country_events` to force some country code
* In a website page add a header-title block first, then add the dynamic snippet
"Events"
BEFORE: dummy image "no photo yet"
AFTER: flag image

When creating a meeting from a partner/lead, the invitations won't be
created/sent
To reproduce the error:
1. Open a lead
2. Click on Meeting
3. Create a meeting
- On meeting creation, directly click on "Create", not "Edit"
Error: No invitation has been sent. When editing the created event,
there isn't any invitation on Invitations tab. Same error will happen
when opening the form of a customer instead of a lead (step 1)
For an attendee to be created, the partners associated with the meeting
must be explicitly listed in the creation values:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/3e20e68f0790a0b0f3b5c4d43f59f235b7d20fef/addons/calendar/models/calendar_event.py#L710-L713
However, in the above use case, the partners identifiers are given
through the context. This explains why the attendees are not created.

[FIX] account: tax details: correct taxes computation when using taxes affecting base with repetition
1) Let's consider then following taxes
- tax 1, 42%, affecting the base
- tax 2, 10%
2) Create an invoice with the following lines, and post it:
- price=100, taxes=tax1
- price=100, taxes=tax2
- price=100, taxes=tax1+tax2
=> The tax details should compute the following amounts:
- base amount of tax 1: 200
- tax amount for tax 1: 84
- base amount of tax 2: 242
- tax amount for tax 2: 24.2
Before this fix, the base amount for tax 1 wasn't computed properly, and gave 300 instead of 200. This was because the same tax line (the one from tax1 with no tax_ids) was matching two different base lines: the one with tax1 and tax2, and the one with only tax1.

The algorithm extracting primary and secondary colors from
an image automatically mitigates too bright colors. A color
component is considered as too bright if its value is above
an arbitrary value. We re-use this algorithm in the website
configurator to extract colors from logo and to generate a
palette. In this particular case we don't want the mitigation
to be applied. We therefore added the mitigation threshold as
a parameter of 'extract_image_primary_secondary_colors' and
avoided any mitigation by setting it to 255 in our case.
