[IMP] crm: improves action helper messages

This commit improves action helper message for the crm menus
for better onboarding.

Menus

1) Activity Types(action -> mail_activity_type_action_config_sales)
2) Sales Teams(action -> crm_team_action_config)
3) Lost Reasons(action -> crm_lost_reason_action)
