[IMP] contact: improve action helper messages

This commit improves action helper message for different
contact menus for better onboarding.

Menus

1) Contact Tags(action -> action_partner_category_form)
2) Contact Titles(action -> action_partner_title_contact)
3) Contact Industries(action -> res_partner_industry_action)
4) Countries(action -> action_country)
5) Fed. States(action -> action_country_state)
6) Country Groups(action -> action_country_group)
7) Banks(action -> action_res_bank_form)
8) Bank Accounts(action -> action_res_partner_bank_account_form)
