When hr_gamification is installed, it's not possible to grant badges to
users that don't have associated employees.
Expected behavior: we should be able to grant badges to any users.
This is because user_id was related field with employee_id.
We remove that dependency.

For a first iteration, Russian translations were done using DeepL using
1 large .pot file of all the standard modules to translate (e.g. no
localizations, no test modules, etc). Unfortunately for some reason
doing a msgmerge with the existing ru.po files didn't seem to work, so
old "Translators" metadata at top of files were lost (maybe they will be
re-added during next Transifex sync?)

Before this commit, when viewing the received badges tab in an employee's
profile, there was a lack of spacing below the "Grant a badge" button.
This commit resolves the issue by introducing proper spacing between
the button and the displayed badges.

Currently, only stable releases see their translations updated. This has
resulted in master accumulating outdated stuff for years, which can be
confusing for users testing master on runbot.
This one-shot commit resynchronizes master translations based on the
content from 16.0 and removes empty PO files (i.e. no longer containing
translations).

They dates from < 2027 and are quite outdated. Favour the nl
translation instead.
n_BE is not on Transifex so it was not possible to correct bad
translations.

This is a side-effect of commit [1].
Consider we have access to companies A and B, and current active company
is A. Before the mentioned commit we were able to grand a badge to an
employee in company B. We should keep that behavior, as long as the
current user have also access to company B.

The kanban view was recently improved to add the support of 'action' and
'type' attributes on the kanban arch. This commit takes advantage of
that change to simplify a few views in various addons.
