Before this commit 308 redirections could be configured with a malformed
route which made the routing fail.
After this commit 308 redirections validation makes sure all parameters
of URL from appear in URL to and no other parameter appears.

The use-case is when a "parent" field is put on the form view, as a
readonly field, and we create a new record. Before the fix, the fields
that depend on the parent record are always False, until the record is
actually created.

This allows onchange to recompute fields that depend on the inherited
field that has changed. The use-case we have is a model that inherits
from 'account.move'. On its form view, setting the (inherited) journal
field does not recompute the (inherited) company field.
When the field 'journal_id' is modified, the onchange should:
- assign the new value to move_id.journal_id (*)
- recompute move_id.company_id (related='journal_id.company_id')
- recompute company_id
This commit adds the missing part (*).

When starting a drag and drop of a snippet, a loading effect on the
editor panel was performed for the whole duration of the drag. Worse:
even if the drop was done immediately, the loading effect still occurred
for 400ms as it was only marked as finished after the scroll to the
dropped snippet.
The loading effect addition was in fact a side-effect of first disabling
all editor overlays at the start of the drag... but that action was in
fact entirely unnecessary because this is not possible to have any
overlay enabled when the snippet panel is opened (because opening it
already disables all editor overlays and enabling an overlay forces the
editor to switch out of the blocks panel).

This warning had been added years ago instead of relying on the exception raised in case base.europe did not exist, as this country group had been added in stable and required a module update to be created. We don't need those checks anymore.

l10n_eu_service has been modified in order to follow the new OSS regulation. We now auto-generate the mapping instead of relying on a wizard. Databases that were already using the module will still see the button to open this wizard, unless they upgrade the module. Wit this, we add an error message in case they try to do so, asking them to update the module, so that they can use the new OSS mapping.

Moves a field from hr_holidays to hr (`total_employees` of hr.department)
to display it in the department list view.
Widen the department kanban view to display more information and allow
clicking on the department name in the kanban view to edit it.

Currently, the optional field's dropdown displays outside of the form view when
columns are expanded. it happens because the left css property is applied when
the column is expanded.
This commit fixes the issue by applying the correct css property after this
commit, the optional field's dropdown should always be positioned on the
right side of the list in ltr mode.

When viewing an order in the order management screen that has customer
with fiscal position, the calculation of prices is based on the fiscal
position of the currently active order. This commit fixes the issue
by properly specifying the order in the calculation of taxes based
on the order's customer and/or fiscal position.

Previously the domain in the view for the leave request didn't check for
the time off type validity, this fix aims to remove that possibility.
Also prevents from selecting expired time off types in allocation
requests.

Before this commit: when clicking on an editable state_selection widget in
listview, the dropdown is not displayed. this is happening because overflow
of cell was hidden.
After this commit: when clicking on an editable state_selection widget in
listview, the dropdown is displayed. change overflow to visible for
state_selection column. Also fixed the issue when selecting option from
state_selection widget row was get edited or if it is not editable listview
then view is swithed to form view, it is because of event propagation which
we stopped here.

Before this commit, two tests had undeterministic outcomes:
they wanted to assert something in DOM was present at the same tiome as an owl rendering
After this commit, the problematic asserts are removed and the tests behave deterministically.

types. capture(), void() and refund() still build their own request
parameters. Make this clearer by renaming _prepare_transaction_request()

before this commit: if user enters some random value in daterange widget and
click outside the daterange field it throws traceback while it should not throw
traceback, it should only warn user that you are entering wrong value.
after this commit: if user enters some random value in daterange widget then it
will show warning toaster that you are entering wrong value.

Before this commit: the hover property inconsistent with some content of the
stat button, it happens because the content of the stat button contains field
widget which contains 'o_quick_editable' class in read-only mode which has the
property cursor: default.
After this commit: stat buttons and field inside stat buttons will have cursor
pointer always as we override the CSS rule for the field inside stat buttons.

Do an action that will change the hash.
During this, change the url hash to load another action
Before this commit, the hash taken to load the second action was wrong, because the first
action pushed its state instants before the hashchange event is actually triggered.
This is because the hashchange event is triggered in a non blocking stack
(https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsing-the-web.html#scroll-to-fragid)
After this commit, the right action is loaded with the right hash

Remove padding from event name, and center menu items, purpose is to reduce lost

Curretnly, the link responsible for sharing the page on whatsapp
(from social share snippet) is not working correctly. There are
two main problems:
- it works only for the devices where WhatsApp is already
installed
- only the page title is being shared, not the page URL
This commit fixes both the issues by changing the sharing URL for
WhatsApp. The URL is now changed to 'https://wa.me/....' instead
of using 'whatsapp://' protocol (see the official link[1] for more
information). With this URL, if the WhatsApp is not installed on the
device, it will provide user with the options to either download it
or use WhatsApp Web, and if WhatsApp is installed, it will open the
app. Also with the URL, we pass both page title and page URL within
'text' URL parameter, and the secure link will be automatically
parsed and converted to hyperlink by the platform.

When having cities with similar name it may quickly be difficult to find the
right one. Adding zip code to name search helps finding it more easily.
IN order to match this new _name_search we update name_get accordingly and
display the zip code between parenthesis.

comes from initial implementation of ``website.event.menu`` that was
available only for ``website_event_track``.
Using ``website.event.menu`` eases menu management as it allows to have
an object making a link between the event and the website menu. Notably
when checking / unchecking in backend submenus it eases management.
It also eases management when people manually edit menus from frontend
as otherwise we have to manually manage ``ir.ui.view`` based on some
naming manipulation.

Now that all menus are managed the same way using a menu type and
clear definitions we can set all menu type definitions to override
_get_website_menu_entries. This is just some code cleaning and
has no functional impact.

Purpose is to have more detailed information given back when calling new_page.
Now each new record adds its entry in returned result:
* view_id: new ir.ui.view created. As there is always a view (based on a
template) it is now always set, and not only when creating a page;
* page_id: set if ispage is true, ID of website.page created;
* menu_id: set if add_menu is true, ID of website.menu created;
Previously only view_id was returned when creating a page which can be a
limitation notably in website_event.

can not change it in edit mode so it should be displayed with grey background

PURPOSE
Improve the management of non-published event subrecords for internal users.
SPECIFICATIONS
In this task we did 3 changes
1) In Community section of any event non-publish room is not available. Here
we add unpublished rooms with tag, just like shop with opacity.
2) Before this commit unpublished exhibitors are mixed with the published ones
with random position. After our merge all unpublished exhibitors are shown at
the end of list and not mixed with published ones. Moreover display of exhibitors
is improved to better find unpublished one.
3) In agenda section only unpublished tags have blurry effect and except that
whole section is same as published ones. We add blurry effect for whole
unpublished agenda. Moreover this we added this blurry effect for main event
section, which looks more systematic..

When mouse hover on tour droplet, it shows tip information but when click on
app name(ex- expenses) and hover on tour droplet, it does not shows tip
information, it is because tip is now part of o_content element i.e. controller
element and when we click on app name it re-renders whole action manager and
due to which tip element also removed and later tip element added but new tip
insteance is not created, element of existing tip instance is added to DOM and
due to which event bound on previous element is not bound on new element, to
fix this we need to explicitly bind events on tip.
after this commit: tip shows information even after clicking on app name as we
explicitly bind events when tip is re-rendered.

Current bounce message is not very user friendly. Purpose of this commit
is to improve it, by improving wording and overall phrasing used in it.
Form view is improved so that bounce message takes all available width in
form view.
Some tests are added, notably to detect pseudo-void content from editor.

It seems quite easy to have a void content in the currently new editor
that actually holds a lot of undesired information, notably a font
tag. This is annoying when having behavior based on an html field
being empty or not. In this commit we therefore improve definition
of an 'empty' html field.

This commit changes the warning log for Selection fields that states
that the hook could not go through the ORM for the deletion at uninstall
(because of some business error) and that it had to bypass the ORM (aka
pure sql delete) and turns it into a runbot-level log, meaning that it's
technically a warning but the runbot won't fail because of it.
This is done because for the install/uninstall tests it shows up as an
actual failure but it is not as it is non-blocking, and 99.9% of devs
won't ever see this warning on runbot since it triggers on module
uninstall anyway.
