With multi-website support, the `key` field is more important than ever as it
kind of replace the xml_id behavior.
Thus, on the ir.ui.view list view it is common to search on `key`. Having it in
the search bar is mandatory.

This reverts commit 01173f3745.
This commit added improvements in search and ordering of settings. However
due to DOM manipulation some events are not bound correctly. Notably saving
settings could be broken if several different tabs are modified before
saving.
After checking more in-depth settings code it appears it will be difficult
to ensure a proper re-rendering and re-ordering of settings without having
to modify deeply the code. This is therefore more a task for JS framework
team.

Allows users to not only search on settings name but on their description too.
Improves search results relevance :
Instead of the actual fixed order, top results should be about the module
selected in the left panel

This revision moves the `cache_key` to the first level
dict of the cache, instead of the last one.
Doing so, we reduce the number of times the reference
to the cache key is stored in the dict.
For instance,
for 100.000 records, 20 fields and 2 env (e.g. with and without sudo)
formerly, there were 100.000 * 20 * 2 occurences of cache key references
now, there is only 2 references.
Storing references to an object consumes memory.
Therefore, by reducing the number of object references
in the cache, we reduce the memory consumed by the cache.
Also, we reduce the time to access a value in the cache
as the cache size is smaller.
The time and memory consumption are therefore improved,
while keeping the advantages of revision
d7190a3fd0
which was about sharing the cache of fields
which do not depends on the context, but
only on the cursor and user id.
This revision relies on the fact there are less different references
to the cache key then references to fields/records.
Indeed, this is more likely to have 100.000 different records stored
in the cache rather than 100.000 different environments.
Here is the Python proof of concept that was used
to make the conclusion that setting the cache_key
in the first level dict of the cache is more efficient.
```Python
import os
import psutil
import time
from collections import defaultdict
cr = object()
uid = 1
fields = [object() for i in range(20)]
number_items = 500000
p = psutil.Process(os.getpid())
m = p.memory_info().rss
s = time.time()
cache_key = (cr, uid)
cache = defaultdict(lambda: defaultdict(dict))
for field in fields:
for i in range(number_items):
cache[field][i][cache_key] = 5.0
# cache[cache_key][field][i] = 5.0
print('Memory: %s' % (p.memory_info().rss - m,))
print('Time: %s' % (time.time() - s,))
```
- Using `cache[field][i][cache_key]`:
- Time: 3.17s
- Memory: 3138MB
- Using `cache[cache_key][field][i]`:
- Time: 1.43s
- Memory: 756MB
Even worse, when the cache key tuple is instantiated inside the loop,
for the former cache structure (e.g. `cache[field][i][(cr, uid)]`),
the time goes from 3.17s to 25.63s and the memory from 3138MB to 3773MB
Here is the same proof of concept, but using the Odoo API and Cache:
```Python
import os
import psutil
import time
from odoo.api import Cache
model = env['res.users']
records = [model.new() for i in range(100000)]
p = psutil.Process(os.getpid())
m = p.memory_info().rss
s = time.time()
cache = Cache()
char_fields = [field for field in model._fields.values() if field.type == 'char']
for field in char_fields:
for record in records:
cache.set(record, field, 'test')
print('Memory: %s' % (p.memory_info().rss - m,))
print('Time: %s' % (time.time() - s,))
```
- Before (`cache[field][record_id][cache_key]` and cache_key tuple instantiated in the loop):
- Time: 4.12s
- Memory: 810MB
- After (`cache[cache_key][field][record_id]` and cache_key tuple stored in the env and re-used):
- Time: 1.63s
- Memory: 125MB
This can be played in an Odoo shell, for instance
by storing it in `/tmp/test.py`, and then
piping it to the Odoo shell:
`cat /tmp/test.py | ./odoo-bin shell -d 12.0`

Odoo no longer supports python 2, thus some of these helpers can and
have been replaced by python 3 built-ins, therefore there is no need for
them to stay defined.
The removed helpers are:
* izip, imap and ifilter
* unichr, text_type
* implements_to_string, implements_iterator
* string_types, integer_types
* to_native
The python 2 shims have also been removed, and only the python 3 helpers
have been kept, because they can still be usable (i.e. accepting
both bytes and str for functions that can only accept one of the two)
[REM] pyjsparser: remove PY3 shims
They're no longer necessary as Odoo doesn't officially support python 2
anymore.
closesodoo/odoo#28519
This commit replaces calls to pycompat helpers that were intended for
python 2 <-> python 3 interoperability for python 3 builtins, as python
2 is no longer officially supported by Odoo.
This includes:
* calls to imap/izip/ifilter replaced by map/zip/filter
* uses of text_type replaced by str
* uses of unichr replaced by chr
* calls to implements_to_string, implements_iterator removed
* string_types and integer_types replaced by str, int respectively
* calls to to_native replaced by calls to to_text
This is done in preparation to the removal of these deprecated helpers
in the following commit.
Since Odoo no longer officially supports python 2, some of the
restrictions previously imposed by test_pylint are no longer necessary,
either because the usage of some builtin functions is legal (zip, map,
filter) or because the concerned function/module would already raise a
relevant error under python 3.

Refactor production order state:
- Directly have an idea of linked workorders's state
- Computed in order to manage it in a single method
- Add tooltips for each state
Remove the None in availability selection field instead use a False
Also refactor the ready_to_produce field in order to only set as
assigned a production order that have the component for its first
workorder.
Returning inactive users breaks many features based on the partner's user ids

When a module creates a record from a model M that `_inherits` from some parent
model P, the method `_load_records` creates an XML id for the record, and an
extra XML id for the parent record. The corresponding `ir.model.data` entries
must be created in the right order (parent record, then record), so that the
record is deleted before its parent record.

This rev. introduces robust helpers to use in the JS tests suite to
interact with DOM and components, and starts using them (almost)
everywhere.
All the helpers are exposed though testUtils.js.
There are 2 kinds of helpers:
1. Assertions
-------------
* assert.containsNone, containsN, containsOnce check that the DOM
(or a specific part of the DOM) contains a `selector`. It
generates a correct error message automatically.
ex: assert.strictEqual(form.$('.o_form_editable'), 1, "msg");
-> assert.containsOnce(form, '.o_form_editable');
* assert.isVisible, isNotVisible check that the DOM has an element
visible or not. They also check that the element is actually in
the DOM (before most tests didn't verify this).
* assert.hasClass, doesNotHaveClass, hasAttrVAlue, check specific
properties of a DOM element, and also validate that it is
applied on a single existing DOM element (before most tests
didn't verify this).
ex: assert.notOk(form.$('button').hasClass('btn-primary'));
-> assert.doesNotHaveClass(form.$('button'), 'btn-primary');
2. Utilities
------------
The goal of the utilities is to centralize the definition of many
standard components and interactions, ensuring that when we
refactor the JS framework, we do not need to change all the tests.
Existing mock utilities (addMockEnvironment, intercept, path,
patchDate, unpatch and fieldsViewGet) are moved to
'testUtils.mock.*'.
Existing DOM utilities are moved to 'testUtils.dom.*'.
New dom utilities are created for opendDatePicker, click,
clickFirst and clickLast. Helper `click` verifies that there is
exactly 1 element visible in the DOM you click on, `clickFirst`
and `clickLast` verify that there are more than one element on the
DOM.
ex: form.$('button').click();
-> testUtils.dom.click(form.$('button'));
New Form utilities: (testUtils.form.*)
clickEdit, clickSave, clickCreate, clickDiscard, all clicks on
the control panel buttons of the form.
`reload` reloads the form data.
New modal, graph, kanban and pivot utils (testUtils.pivot.*,
testUtils.kanban.*, etc.).
New fields utils: (testUtils.fields.*)
* editInput, editSelect: allow to change the value of a field,
using a selector to identify it. They validate that the input
exists and trigger the change event automatically.
* editAndTrigger: allow to modify a field and trigger specific
events after the value change
* many2one (testUtils.fields.many2one.*)
clickOpenDropdown, clickHighlightedItem, clickItem,
searchAndClickItem: use a field name instead of a selector and
do all the complex mechanism to open, filter and highlight
many2one fields.

This commit allows for not copying the currency_field attribute
of a monetary field when the monetary field is related,
and when the currency_field attribute is not explicit
Before this commit, the currency_field attribute on the related monetary
was set as the one on the distant model
After this commit, the currency_field attribute takes the field on the
current model
Though the test may appear like an incoherent use case,
it is on the contrary totally legit, as web_studio allows it

Before this commit, when the user is in a form view (edit mode) and
click on a stat button, a new action is added to the action stack. When
the user then comes back to the form view by clicking on the breadcrumb,
it is supposed to be in readonly mode. Before this commit, this was not
the case.
This bug comes from the action manager refactoring, which removed the
view manager. With this commit, we add a new action lifecycle method
which is called when the action is restored.
Note that this commit implicitely changes the semantic of actions with
'target=inline'. As far as I can tell, this only applies to the settings
form view, which can easily be fixed by overriding the restore hook.

Purpose is to ease understanding of applications / categories and their
links with the access rights labelling.
This commit is related to task 1884968 and PR #29176.
QWeb's rendering currently *requires* that when loading a document
instead of rendering the document itself it will render a sub-node
with a properly labeled t-name. If a view is invoked by id, ir.qweb
will look for a child with a t-name and fix up that t-name such that
the base qweb object will find and render it.
This feature mostly exists for JS compatibility (because a single
document can contain multiple cross-linkable templates, and it was
useful for cross-implementation tests though I'm not sue they're even
checked anymore), and the <template> tag kinda took care of it,
however with a more proper qweb view it becomes more of a liability /
pain in the ass.
Note: turns out there are bits of javascript which read server
templates (???) and need to be altered to correctly handle the lack of
<templates> wrapping.
