Denis Ledoux 56a06b73f2 [FIX] website_payment: set default payment acquirer for configuration users 
By default, users other than the admin cannot create
default values for all users,
`ir.values` for all users can only be created as sudo.

Christophe Simonis 7636b510a2 [ADD] *: CSRF protection in forms and routes 
* make CSRF protection the default on all non-SAFE methods
  note: there currently is no way to call a CSRF-protected endpoint
  without a form-encoded entity-body as that's the only place we get the
  CSRF token from.
* simple CSRF token generation: just use the HMAC'd session id, no
  generating a new random token per session then HMAC it
* use constant-time equal function to avoid timing attacks
* assert that a database secret is configured before hashing/validating
  the CSRF token
* opt-out database manager from CSRF: The super-admin password serves
  the purpose of a CSRF token in the database manager screens.
  There is no request database to obtain the
  secret and generate a CSRF token.

Damien Bouvy f89e8f9df2 [IMP] payment, website_sale, website_payment: unique reference on payment no longer prevent paying 
Payment transactions referenceis have a unique constraint which was problematic when a payment was cancelled from the acquirer's page.
To stick the to DRY principle, I factorized a method that checks for existing references and happens a numerical suffix if necessary.
This was already implemented in website_payment but was moved to payment and used in website_sale.
